Part 1 - Digital Presence Strategy

As part of your digital transformation journey, how can you increase your digital presence?

As an organisation, discuss with one another and outline the questions below.

What is the overall goal that you want to build for your brand digitally?

Digital Presence Objective What is the objective(s) that you want to achieve?

Digital Presence Activities

How are you going to build your strategy? What are you going to be executing?

Digital Presence Outcomes & Tracker

What are the outcomes short and long term that you would like for your organisation to see achieved through this strategy?

Questions to consider:

1. Is your community growing in all the channels that you have decided on utilizing?

(through following your channel and engaging with your content)

2. Are people actively talking about your brand without you asking them to? (through reviews and visits to your store)

3. Is your business getting involved in collaborative projects with other brands that align with your audience interests? (through giveaways, campaigns etc)

4. Are you seeing a growth in sales? (through tracking the website visits, WhatsApp calls, etc)

Example

Digital Presence Goal

 To get accumulative outreach of 2000 via social media. (Instagram & Facebook)

 To build a Greencompany community of 750 people. (Instagram followers: 700, FB group members: 50)

 To achieve B2C 5K sales of products through e-commerce platforms annually.

Digital Presence Objective

1. AWARENESS - spread brand awareness to the targeted audience by increasing social media reach.

2. CONTENT - produce quality content focused on practical green tips & environmental problems, in order to raise awareness and encourage Malaysians to start being more eco-conscious. Also, to build a green community that cares about the environment among the target audience.

3. CONVERSION - receive profit to sustain Greencompany, so to be able to widen the scale of business and make larger social impacts. E.g. having the cost to increase coverage of grease collection areas.

Digital Presence Activities

 Hold giveaway (encourage the participation of #cleanplatechallenge) - prize:

Greencompany eco candles x3

 Create awareness infographic content for Instagram and Twitter to raise awareness

 Collaborate with 2 IG influencers (sponsor customised eco-candle) Digital Presence Outcomes & Tracker Short Term

 Awareness/Content - grow IG followers to 700 in 4 weeks

 Awareness - have 200 viewers on IGS & FBS respectively in 3 weeks

 Awareness - get 30 participants to join #cleanplatechallenge as part of giveaway

 Content - receive 15 shares on IG in 4 weeks

 Conversion - achieve B2C 1K sales in 2 weeks Long Term

 Content - receive 15 shares on FB in 8 weeks

 Conversion - have 50 website clicks in 3 weeks

 Awareness - grow FB group members to 50 in 6 weeks

 Awareness - have IG & FB reach 2000 accounts in 6 weeks

 Conversion - achieve B2C 5K sales in 6 months
