Hey everyone,
I will send out the agenda for Wednesday’s Librarians Meeting tomorrow, but here are a few things I’d like everyone to start pondering in preparation for discussion at our
meeting:

· What would make our Librarians meetings more meaningful to you? What topics
or blend of agenda item types (decisions, discussion, updates, reports, guests, etc.) would you like to see?
· Thoughts about recruitment questions recently asked:
o What do the Libraries do to support student recruitment? [asked at Faculty Senate]
o As we make a strategic institutional shift to emphasize quality in our
recruitment, how would you define “quality” students? [asked at Executive Council and Trustees Retreat]
