Univariate Analysis

Frequency distribution based on characteristics of respondents at both the DOTS room and the Kasuari inpatient room of Sorong region. While the smallest proportion were the elderly (the intervention group 27.3% versus the control group 18.2%), were male (the intervention group 18.2%) and female (the control group 36.4%), junior high school, senior high school and had college. (intervention group 18.2% each) and college (control group 0%), and work as civil service and private sector (intervention group 0% & control group 0%). From table 2 we can see that the mean value changes in post-intervention depression levels is 28.91 with a standard deviation of 5.243.

In the control group the mean changes in the value after the intervention are 26.82 with a standard deviation of 5.326. So the difference in the intervention group is a mean of 4.18 with a standard deviation of 3.371, while the difference in the control group is a mean of 0.91 with a standard deviation of 3.448.

Bivariate Analysis

The mean reduction in the level of depression in the pre-post intervention group is 4.182 with a standard deviation of 3.371. The results of the paired t-test analysis in Table 3 show that the p-value = 0.002 (α < 0.05), which means that there is a significant effect of logotherapy on the reduction of depression in clients after logotherapy, while this was the case in the control group. We see that the p-value = 0.402 (α>0.05), which means that there is no influence between logotherapy on depression reduction in pulmonary tuberculosis patients without any logotherapy treatment. Pulmonary tuberculosis, especially in the case of MDR, is the case of resistance to certain types of pulmonary tuberculosis drugs due to low drug compliance (Javaid, et al., 2017), which is still the biggest challenge in the world. health issues nowadays (Javaid, et al., 2017).

However, until now the association of depression and other reference factors that are very important in pulmonary MDR-TB clients has still been rare to assess depression of MDR pulmonary TB clients (Javaid, et al., 2017). To date, research on the effect of logo therapy in reducing depression in clients with pulmonary TB is still rare.

Characteristics of Respondents

Depression in both pulmonary TB and MDR-TB has already become because the global health problems show a great impact on human health (Javaid, et al., 2017). Therefore, alternative nursing interventions are needed that can contribute to reducing the associated depression rates of pulmonary TB clients, especially cases of pulmonary MDR-TB. Other different research results by Javaid et al (2017) found that comorbid depressed pulmonary TB clients may also be associated with young age.

In the employment sub-variable, the results of this study show that the highest proportion of co-morbid pulmonary TB incidence occurs in respondents who are not employed (63.6% intervention group & 45.5% control group) and the lowest is those who working as a civil servant, private individuals and entrepreneurs 9.1% each. This data is definitely not the truth, the possible increase in the number of cases of pulmonary TB is definitely higher (iceberg phenomenon).

Effects of logo-therapy on reduces depression in pulmonary TB clients

The results showed that there was a difference in mean maximal inspiratory volume before and after lip breathing and diaphragmatic breathing exercise. There was no difference in the mean vital capacity of the lungs after an operation in the intervention group and the control group. The training program is a non-pharmacological therapy in the management of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Based on the description above, the students are interested in comparing the effectiveness of pursed lip breathing and diaphragmatic breathing exercise techniques in increasing vital lung capacity in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the working area of Neglasari Health Center, Tangerang City. The population in this study were all COPD patients in the working area of the Neglasari Community Health Center in Tangerang City. The results of this study show that most of the respondents either the intervention group or the control group were female 60% and 76.7%, most respondents did not work well in group control and intervention group 66.7% and 83.3%, the majority of respondents in the intervention group have did not have a history of asthma in the family (66.7%) while in the control group the same percentage between those who did and did not have a history of asthma in the family, most respondents were passive smokers in the intervention and control groups 70 % and 66.7%.

The majority of respondents worked in neither the intervention group nor the control group. The results of the study's hypothesis test showed that there was an increase in vital lung capacity after measuring pursed lips and breathing exercise. Distribution of pretest and posttest results of respondents' knowledge before and after holding classes of pregnant women in the work area of.

There is a significant relationship between the time of last exposure, the use of doses and the use of personal protective equipment that are incompatible with the activity of the enzyme cholinesterase in the blood. The duration of exposure to organophosphate may influence the decrease in cholinesterase enzyme activity in the blood of vegetable farmers. The results of the study for the analysis of the relationship using chi-square between independent variables with the dependent variable.

Pesticide exposure can affect the decrease in the activity of the enzyme cholinesterase in the blood. There is a significant correlation between the time of last exposure, dose and PPE with the activity of the cholinesterase enzyme in the blood. Candida infections in the vaginal area are one of the risks that can occur at the time of menstruation.

The results of the statistical test obtained at value p = 0.031 there is no significant correlation between the age group with the man's involvement in the classes for pregnant women. The results of the bivariate analysis of education variables showed that the proportion of mothers held education, joining the largest category in the amount. The results of the analysis with the attitude category men's involvement show that there were men have a good attitude, mothers participate in the classes.

The results of the statistical test, obtained with a value of p = 0.016, showed a significant relationship between the husband's mother's involvement and the attendance of classes. Pharmacological therapy can also be combined with the effect of progressive muscle relaxation exercises on blood pressure changes in the elderly with hypertension. Indonesia is one of the developing countries with the highest number of smokers in the world.

The results of the study also showed that more than 1.2 million residents of West Sumatra were smokers. The results of the analysis showed a reduction in the smoking behavior of adolescents after attending education in the form of booklets. The results of the analysis of adolescents who were involved in education with the help of booklets increased significantly (P value <0.05).

The results of the study carried out there indicate an increase in knowledge about the attitudes and actions of adolescents when it comes to smoking.
