Test results of FCALCULATE greater than FTABLE so that FCALCULATE value is in the region of rejection FCALCULATE (H0) . The test results indicate that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, in other words the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted, which means there is a positive and significant influence of information systems and job satisfaction on employee performance simultaneously.
