Gratitude to God, my Father, Jesus, my Savior, and the Holy Spirit, my sanctifier, for the wonderful works of creation, redemption, and sanctification in my life. I owe all that I am and all that I will be to God, who with his grace and mercy called me and preserved me in service. Acknowledgment to my parents, now deceased, for the great and positive influence in my life.

My mother dedicated me to God while she was in her womb and prayed to God to make me a pastor and named me after a radio evangelist whose sermons blessed her while she was carrying me in her womb. Gratitude to my wife and best friend, Michelle, who prays for me without ceasing and supports and motivates me to be my best for God's glory. Gratitude to all my professors at the University of the Southern Caribbean, Andrews University and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Thank you Seventh-day Adventist Church, Anguilla, district one for your love, support and partnership in building the kingdom.

INTRODUCTION

The first objective was to develop a series of five sessions to enrich the marriages of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in The Valley, Anguilla. The second objective was to assess the current marital experience among spouses of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in The Valley, Anguilla. The third objective was to enrich the marriages of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in The Valley, Anguilla through a five-session marriage enrichment seminar.

The three goals guided the project's research methodology.6 The first goal was to develop a five-session retreat series to enrich the marriages of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in The Valley, Anguilla. This goal was measured by administering a survey to married couples who are members of SDACVA.8 The survey solicited biographical and church-related information from married couples and assessed important areas of marital enrichment, such as communication, conflict resolution, financial health, sexual intimacy, and spiritual intimacy. The third goal was to enrich the marriages of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in The Valley, Anguilla.

This is not to say that all three views do not have a kernel of truth, but the covenant view is perhaps the most biblically confirmed view of the three.46 "The covenantal view roots marriage in his standards of divine law (that is, the authoritative divine revelation found in Scripture itself).”47. 59 Devin Paul Hudson, "Covenant as a Framework for Understanding the Primary Divorce and Rearriage Text in the New Testament" (PhD diss., The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, 2004), 45.

Role of All Believers Role of All Believers

Submission must be done in connection with godliness and being helped by the Holy Spirit. Generosity can be evidence of God's transforming power, which is also capable of giving husbands and wives a grateful heart. Living on a budget is one of the best ways married couples can manage their God-given resources.

Much of the information readily available in the area of sex education is far removed from the guiding principles of God's Word. Three people who were not in the area during the seminar could participate in the meetings. In the seminar, the sinful heart of married couples was emphasized in the context of the transformation that is possible through the power of the gospel.

Here is the implication that in the reciprocity of sexual relations the body of the one is the 'free' one. 8 Gordon Fee, First Epistle to the Corinthians, The New International Commentary of the New Testament, rev. One of the best ways married couples can express their love for each other is to listen with undivided attention.

This chapter provides an evaluation of the purpose and goals that gave direction and scope to the project. Rather, it is the truth, ministered in the power of the Spirit, that changes lives. 2. The couples who participated in the project confirmed the relevance of the areas of the seminar and were able to apply the shared information immediately.

Google Forms, WhatsApp, Canva, Zoom and PowerPoint were used in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic to make the seminar possible. The sixth advantage of the project was that it had a positive impact on the participants. After the presentation of the seminar to SDACVA married couples, the growth in the lives of the participants was visible.

The project's seventh strength was that it had a positive impact on the presenter. The third weakness was that some of the points in the survey before and after the seminar need improvement. The fourth weakness was that not enough emphasis was placed on the importance of the biblical roles of husbands and wives in the marriage enrichment seminar.
