ABSTRACT
Digital Library Smkn 8 Bandung has constraint in data management and efficiency service borrow and return the book made by the officer library. Data Collection library, visitor data, and transactions loan need needs will use technology webbased system information for simplify the process of performance in the Library of SMKN 8 Bandung. Study this aim build system information library web -based that will could help library data management and improve quality service to transaction borrowing from the library. Method used in development system information on research this is which waterfall method at which stage this there is design and implementation apply pattern model view controller (MVC) design.
While the testing process carried out there is a number of Step testing by sequentially namely unit tests, integration tests, validation tests, reliability tests, compatibility tests, and acceptance tests. Unit tests using base path technique show results from system that has simple structure, very easy understood and implemented. Integration test using white box method shows valid results. Validation testing using black box method shows that 25 function walk with good. Reliability test with use nelson calculations show that system could walk with consistent. Compatibility test shows system could used with good on 4 types of browsers. And the acceptance test shows that all function succeed run with good and have accepted by SMKN 8 Bandung.

read book. Share some students who go to school, place that really valuable because there student/i could borrow book as well as look for new insight for work Duty without wearing cost. In the process of borrowing, returning and collecting data book usually recorded in a book big with write it manually. SMKN 8 Bandung has library where still belong to new and not many book. The library of SMKN 8 Bandung is still To do data collection manually fine from loan book return book nor data collection. That thing really no efficient, because besides wasteful paper, no data accurate, processing and filing Becomes no arranged neat and messy.
When the officer want to look for borrowed book they must check and search manually. It's very draining energy and time, because Thing the many lost book because no is known who borrowed book that. a) Student/i come to library with register self for make website account library SMKN 8 Bandung.
b) After student data/i registered on the website, then student/i can log in for choose the book that will borrowed .
c) Student/i will take the book that will borrowed, then provide book data the to the library admin.
d) After that the book that will borrowed scanned more first, when
book already scanned and matched with amount borrowed book will given to student/i that.
e) Officer will make report membership based on from NIS registration that has been
processed, report the made to be 2 copies report annual membership is awarded to head library.

library and one again handed over to head library.

4.3 Programming Language
In the manufacture of Information Systems This web -based library of SMKN 8 Bandung use several programming languages, such as Language programming PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), CSS (Cascading Style Sheet). Then for the database using MySQL which is accessed using XAMPP. that SQL is something language spoken in retrieval of data in the form of a relational database or a structured database. So that MySQL is a database management system that uses SQL language as language liaison Among device soft application with database servers.

Test system will conducted with method compare Among system information library still conventional with system information that has been computerized.

Based on results from research and discussion that has been defined about planning making plot system information library conducted at SMKN 8 Bandung, can taken conclusion that plot system information library this digital based could make it easy for users library To do loan as well as return book, which is previously
