Focus of Research
The tutor and students provided communication strategies to avoid problems with speaking activity, the students were able to communicate with each other using English language contained from communication strategy. It is interesting to know how the implementation of communication strategy goes well and makes students active in speaking English. Therefore, the researcher conducted the research under the title "Using Communication Strategy in Learning Speaking Ability at English Boarding House (Case Study at Islamic Boarding School of Sumber Payung Sumenep)".

This research was conducted in the English residence of the Islamic residence of sumber payung located in Guluk-guluk Street, Bataal Barat, Sumenep Regency, East Java, Indonesia. The place was chosen by the researcher because it is one of the English residences that implemented communication strategies in their learning speech.

Data Collection Techniques
The data that the researcher obtained from this interview was about the application of communication strategy in learning speaking ability at the English boarding house of Sumber Payung. The researcher took the data on the implementation of communication strategy in learning speaking ability. The analysis of the data taken in field research and the researcher presented the data on the implementation of communication strategy in learning speaking ability.
Validity of The Data
In this research, the researcher gave the result of the analysis based on the things that happened in the field, and then after presenting the data, he made a conclusion and analyzed the data.
Procedures of The Research
The second procedure after licensing the research was that the researcher entered the informant or the research object to collect the data by observation, interview and document review to get any information about the use of communication strategy in the learning ability of speaking. In the research findings and data analysis, the researcher collected the data from four teachers and thirty five students in the English dormitory of sumber payung regarding the implementation of the communication strategy used in the students' speaking ability. Then the researcher also collected the data for the evaluation of the speaking ability of the students through the communication strategy.

In the second activity, the researcher obtained the result that the supervisor taught students and discussed about invitation. The students did a conversation exercise with the interlocutor in front of the class based on the topic given by the tutor. In the field, the researcher found that the tutor asked the students to memorize five vocabulary words before starting the class.

The use of communication strategy to accelerate students' speaking skills related to what Jack C. Richard said about some activities that focused on fluency. The students and the teacher in the class always used some types of communication strategies to practice their English, such as Appeal for assistance, Circumlocution, mime and others in their learning ability. There were some activities that the students did through communication strategy in their out of class speaking activity, it was daily activity time, memorizing vocabulary and watching movies.
The researcher agreed to say that the students' daily activity is the real communication opportunity that the students have without being controlled by the tutor. Based on all findings showed that the use of some types of communication strategies in students' daily activity made students speak English constantly, the use of Word coinage and mime made the students' speaking more active and effective. The findings showed that the communication strategy used also applied during the students' memorization of vocabulary and the presentation of the movie the students were watching.
In this regard, the use of communication strategy in the students' daily activity provided crucial information to teachers about the learners' struggle to tackle complications in English communication, by knowing the mismatch between the learners. Finally, the implementation of learning speaking ability through communication strategy showed how the students produce English language. Storytelling was used as the students' evaluation which was done once a week at the English dormitory of Sumber payung.
The students at the English boarding house of sumber payung must perform at least five minutes based on the topic.
Conclusion
The activities outside the classroom consisted of daily activity by completing word coins and language switching. Vocabulary recall conducted in two steps, they asked students questions related to memorized vocabulary and explained the vocabulary using word coins. The evaluation of learning speaking ability through communication strategy at English Boarding House of sumber payung was done by a story telling evaluation which was conducted once a week.
