This Arrangement sets forth Students Exchange (Credit Transfer) Agreement is made on this 17th day of October 2020 by and between Management Study Program, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as “Management Study Program UNY”) and FPT University, Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as “FPT University”).
WHEREAS, the Parties have decided to conduct an International Students Exchange (Credit Transfer) Program on October 17th, 2020 – December 31st, 2020.
NOW, therefore, in consideration of the mutual promises recited herein, the parties agree as follows:
I. Period of Services
Management Study Program UNY and the FPT University agree to conduct International Student Exchange (Credit Transfer) Program on October 17th, 2020 – December 31st, 2020.
II. Student Status
During the term of this agreement, the students will remain at all times the students of the home university. The name of the student is as follows:

III. Courses and Credits
Exchange students may take courses that have been agreed as joint curricula by both institutions. Any academic credit earned at the host institution must be transferred to the home institution in accordance with the procedures determined by both institutions.
The host institution agrees to furnish exchange student with official certificate and transcript of credit.
IV. Institutional Payment
In consideration for the services of the students exchange program, the exchange students will not pay to tuition payment (as well as examination fee and entrance fee) and the accommodation at the host institution.
V. Financial Support
Home institution will cover course fee, internet quota, health support, book purchase, journal access, purchase of consumables (photocopy, printer ink, paper, subscription to relevant applications) during the program.
VI. Evaluation and Credit-Awarding Policies
Evaluation and credits awarding will be carried out in accordance with the procedures and standards determined by each of the two institutions.
VII. Access to Facilities at Host University
Within the limit of possibilities and regulations, exchange students under this program will have access to the host institution’s resources, as do other students of the institution.
VIII. Duration of Agreement
This Agreement is valid for a year and becomes effective on the date that it is signed by the official representatives of both institutions. This Agreement may be terminated according to the same terms set forth in the Students Exchange Program Agreement between Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta and FPT University. If either institution intends to terminate or to modify this Agreement, a written notice should be given to the other institution 30 days prior to the desired effective date of termination.
IX. Force Majeure
If, as a result of an act of force majeure, including without limitation, an act of God, war, riot, labor dispute, strike or threat thereof, intervention of a government agency or instrumentality or other occurrence beyond the control of either party, either party is substantially hindered in performing its obligations hereunder then, in such event, that party shall have the right, upon notifying the other of the occurrence of force majeure as herein defined, to suspend performance of the cooperative activity pursuant to this Agreement and any contract based on this Agreement until the force majeure has passed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties here to have executed this agreement as of the date first written above.
