I dedicate this project to my faithful and loving wife, Emily, without whose support and patience none of this would have been possible. I trust that this project will help give my family a church where I can thrive for Christ and His glory.
INTRODUCTION
Without the assimilation process, the church had difficulty connecting members to church ministries. A third goal of this project was that the participants in the class would gain an understanding of the church's view.
Connecting with God
At this point I introduced "The Solution," using Ephesians 2:4-7 to prove that Jesus Christ took our place so that God could save us. I explained that if they believed this message, they were willing to trust in Jesus Christ. I further explained that it is Jesus Christ who saves a person based on the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ and that person's personal faith in him.
The presentation of the gospel followed the biblical interpretation of Ephesians 2 presented in Chapter 2 of this project and fulfilled the first priority of assimilation at Ballardsville Baptist Church to give every man, woman, boy and girl the opportunity to hear, see and respond to the saving gospel of Jesus of Christ. 18.

Fifth, the mission of the church includes discipleship, because we want to give people the opportunity to become fruitful disciples. I took this opportunity to explain the strategy of the church to realize the aforementioned vision and mission.
My impression is that most of the participants expected this part and already knew the Church's position on these issues.
Connecting with Others
She sought to add members who were fully involved in the discipleship process in the church. The most important benefit of this project is that it has effectively changed the church membership process. Removing churchgoers from the influence of the church is the third weakness of this project.
As a member of the Church, I am also under the authority and responsibility of the Church.

As incredibly important as it is, the most important decision you will ever make is not which church you belong to. The most important decision you will ever make is how you respond to Jesus Christ.
Salvation
There is absolutely nothing we have done to attract God's attention and earn his favor. Determine that with God's help you will live under his authority from today. You can be saved (born again) now! . If you 1) believe this message, 2) are ready to trust in Jesus Christ for forgiveness, and 3) are ready to commit to living for Him, then you are ready to be saved.
It is Jesus Christ who saves you based on his death, burial and resurrection and your faith in him.
Assurance

This ceremony is meant to be a covenant between the parents and God on behalf of the child.
Summary
We often have a First Step class for our younger believers and encourage them to complete the class before we baptize them. The class makes sure they know what they are doing and why they are doing it. The parents promise to raise their child in the faith until the child is old enough to make their own personal confession of Christ.
This is different from the baptism spoken of in the Bible, which was only for those old enough to believe.
