INTRODUCTION

The pattern of implementing clean and healthy living is a form of behavior based on awareness as a form of learning so that individuals can help themselves both with health problems or participate in creating a healthy society in their environment(Wati & Ridlo, 2020). Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (CHLB) is a set of behaviors practiced based on awareness as a result of learning that makes a person or family able to help themselves in the health sector and play an active role in realizing public health (Kemenkes, 2016). The purpose of clean and healthy living behavior (CHLB) is to increase the knowledge, awareness, willingness, and ability of individuals to live clean and healthy lives, as well as to increase the active role of the community, including the private sector and the business world in realizing optimal health degrees(Lestari, 2015).

Healthy living behavior is a particular concern, especially for the government. This is because the Clean and Healthy Lifestyle is used as a benchmark in achieving health coverage in the 2015-2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program. The Clean and Healthy Lifestyle in the SDGs is a form of prevention that has a short-term impact on improving health in three places, including family members, the general public, and schools (Kemenkes, 2015). The concept of Clean and Healthy Living

Behavior (CHLB) in schools is characterized by eight indicators, namely washing hands with running water and using soap, consuming healthy snacks in the school canteen, using clean and healthy latrines, exercising regularly and measurably, eradicating mosquito larvae, and avoiding smoke,

Education is essential things for Indonesian society, especially for children and adolescents in Indonesia. Until now, many parents still don't care about their children's education; even though the government has provided facilities that are said to be adequate, there are still parents who don't care about it. The highest level of education completed is the level that has been given a certificate or diploma(Syekura & Febriyanto, 2021).

Several factors influence the application of clean and healthy life Behavior in school for example, knowledge, teacher role, attitudes, parents' role, and infrastructure availability her factors(Utami, 2014). Family parenting is also very influential on children's behavior, one of which his parents are. In everyday life, parents and teachers are someone who always accompanies children when carrying out their daily activities. Thus, the role of parents dramatically determines the quality of life of children in the future; parents are expected to understand the health problems that often arise in school-age children. Parents have the power to guide children's development towards clean and healthy living behavior. Parents' behavior in everyday life can affect the behavior of their children, one of which is clean and Healthy Life Behavior (Rompas et al., 2018).

Based on the initial survey at SMA Negeri 2 Tenggarong through observations and interviews with the school, it shows that students' attitudes are still lacking in knowing or accepting responses that clean and Healthy Life behavior is significant for health; many students also do not maintain their hygiene, such as not washing their hands before eating and buying snacks where the seller does not cover the food adequately, as well as motivation from parents regarding clean and Healthy Life Behaviorstill lacking in providing education and in implementing clean and Healthy Life Behavioral school or at home.

280 RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

Respondents in this study consisted of male and female. Previous research (Khumayra and Sulisno, 2012) provides information that gender does not affect a person's insight and knowledge, so both men and women can be respondents in this study.

Table 1. Distribution of respondents by gender

Gender Frequency (f) Percentage (%)

Man 89 47.3

Woman 99 52.7

Total 188 100.0

It is known that the results in the table are based on the number of male respondents totaling 89 people and a percentage of 47.3%. Age of Respondents in this study are teenagers. In previous research, millennial adolescence is a period with such a solid sensitivity to new things, so millennial teenagers very easy to adapt to something new. (Ainiyah, 2018).

Table 2. Frequency Distribution Table of Respondents by Age

Age Frequency (f) Percentage (%)

15 62 33.0

16 126 67.0

Total 188 100.0

The results in the table are based on the highest number of respondents aged 16 years, amounting to 128 people with a total percentage of 67.0%, and the lowest being 15 years old, amounting to 62 with a rate of 33%. Family motivation is one of the things that affect clean and healthy living behavior. Some families do not provide education about the importance of clean and healthy living behavior (CHLB) at school, at home, or in other public places.(Yaslina et al., 2018)

Table 3. Distribution of Respondents Based on Family Motivation Questionnaire

The results in the frequency table of Family Motivation in SMA Negeri 2 Tenggarong students from 188 respondents, based on high family motivation, there are 180 students with a percentage of 95.7%, and respondents with low family motivation are eight students with a rate of 4.3%. In this study, there were eight students with low family motivation for a clean and healthy lifestyle where each student did not understand the importance of exercising regularly, and there were still families who did not tell them to dispose of stagnant water because it was one of the ways to do this.

The community's movement for a healthy lifestyle has always been a concern and has even improved through various government-run programs. The program is called the Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (CHLB). Clean and Healthy Living Behavior among adolescents is still not understood by the

In this study, seven people behaved poorly toward a clean and healthy lifestyle where each student did not understand the importance of exercising regularly and rarely or even did not know when it was the right time to do regular weight and height checks. Where the school still does not provide information about clean and healthy living behavior to students / who are in the school environment, while according to(Vionalita & Kusumaningtiar, 2017), exercising regularly affects the attitude and behavior of a clean and healthy life in a person. Previous research provides information that a healthy lifestyle should have become a new habit for Indonesian people during the Covid-19 pandemic by applying the existing Clean and Healthy Behavior indicators(Putri, Rosdiana, and Nisa, 2019).

Based on the table above, the results of the Spearman test show the number of respondents as many as 188 respondents, respondents with high family motivation and Clean and Healthy Life Behavior in good schools as many as 175 respondents (93.1%) and respondents with low family motivation and Clean and Healthy Life Behavior. in good schools as many as six respondents (3.2%).

Respondents with high family motivation and CHLB in schools were not good, as many as five respondents (2.7%), and respondents with low motivation and Clean and Healthy Life Behavior in schools were not good, as many as two respondents (1.1%).

which means that the level of correlation strength/relationship between family motivation variables and clean and healthy living behavior is a fragile relationship.

It was found that there was a relationship between family motivation and clean and healthy living behavior at school. The incentive to behave in a clean and healthy life is significant, especially from the family; this is evident from the tests using a questionnaire, and some respondents get high motivation results. Motivation for the implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (CHLB) is significantly related because if families have high reasons tend to implement Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (CHLB) well, and families who have low motivation will manage to do Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (CHLB) which is not good. Efforts to empower family members to know, be willing, and be able to implement the implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (CHLB) are also triggered by education and knowledge factors to increase motivation.(Izzati & Bestari, 2020).

CONCLUSIONS AND SUGGESTIONS

Based on the results of research that has been done regarding the relationship between family motivation and CHLB in school for students of SMA Negeri 2 Tenggarong, it can be concluded as follows:

Based on the results of the frequency distribution of family motivation, it was found that respondents with high family motivation were 180 people with a percentage of 95.7% and low family motivation was eight people with a rate of 4.3%. Based on the frequency distribution of CHLB, it was found that 181 respondents had good CHLB with a percentage of 96.3%, and with poor CHLB were seven people with a rate of 3.7%.

A significant relationship between family motivation and clean and healthy living behavior in schools for students of SMA Negeri 2 Tenggarong. And also obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.237, which means that the level of strength of the correlation/relationship between family motivation variables with clean and healthy living behavior is a fragile relationship.

Families who have high motivation with the application of clean and healthy living behavior (CHLB) are very related, because high motivation will automatically affect family behavior(Yaslina et al., 2018). Motivation with the implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior is very related, because if families have high motivation tend to apply Clean and Healthy Life Behavior well and families who have low motivation will tend to do Clean and Healthy Life Behavior which is not good.

Efforts to empower family members to know, be willing and able to implement the implementation of Clean and Healthy Life Behavior are also triggered by education and knowledge factors to increase the motivation.(Izzati & Bestari, 2020).

Based on the results of research that has been carried out in this study, the suggestions that can be given to further researchers are as follows , For further researchers, it is better to collect data directly

to avoid bias and collect more data to describe and define the relationship between family motivation and CHLB at school and make this research a reference for further investigation.
