CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION

5.1 Conlusion

Frozen burger patties is a new innovation made from banana peel and champignon mushrooms. This banana peel and champignon mushroom frozen burger patty product also utilizes banana peel waste which is rarely managed again and banana peel itself also has many good benefits for the body.

Champignon mushrooms were chosen because they are suitable to be combined with banana peels and also provide beneficial effects for humans in terms of health and disease-related risk reduction. This product is also intended for people who have a vegan, vegetarian or plant-based diet in order to make it easier if they want to eat burgers. The utilization of banana peel and champignon mushroom frozen burger patties is also to expand public knowledge so that they can utilize existing food waste into new products in the culinary world.

5.2 Suggestion

Banana peel and champignon mushroom frozen burger patties still needs a lot of improvement because banana peel and champignon mushroom frozen burger patty does not have a long shelf life so it still needs to be developed in terms of the manufacturing process to the packaging process so that it can be marketed all around the world.
