ABSTARCT

The country of Indonesia is the largest archipelagic country in the world, where Indonesia has 17,504 islands spread throughout Indonesia, especially in Sumatra reaching 3,665 islands, with many islands there are also many people who work as fishermen, but for fishermen it is difficult to communicate with each other because limited means of communication and it is also difficult to monitor the position of fishing boats in the middle of the high seas. Most of the boats and small boats are equipped with GPS devices to find out the coordinates of the boat's position. When the buzzer is on, the output voltage is 4.9 V with a sound power of 55.2 DB and when it is off the output voltage is 0.08 V with a sound power of 3,89 DB. When the LED is on, the output voltage is 2.9 V and when it is off, the voltage is off. output 0 V. The battery will work at a voltage of 4.9 VDC and when the voltage on the battery is 0 V the battery cannot work. For testing SMS sending takes an average of 6.122 seconds and for testing SMS reading takes an average of 3.252 seconds . For the Neo-6M GPS module, the shortes distance is 3 meters, the longest distance is 450 meters with an average of 196,6 meters. If the level sensor is on, the output voltage is 2.8 VDC and if the sensor is off, the output voltage is 0.8 VDC. The results of testing the entire tool show that this tool is able to work with an accuracy of 40 % of the 10 times the tests were carried out.
