ABSTRACT
This report was created to design a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for nurseries. The SOP is a guideline that must be monitored, evaluated and updated continuously by the Sukosari BUMDesa in nursery activities at Poetoek Soeko. BUMDesa aims to help the economy and empower rural communities by carrying out business activities carried out by residents of the Sukosari Village
The activity carried out during the field work practice was participating in the MBKM Matching Fund program in Sukosari Village. The activities carried out aim to advance and develop into an independent tourist village. The implementation of activities while participating in the program included: logo making, photo spot design, café interior design and planting plant seeds in the Rainbow Garden. The plant nursery at Poetoek Soeko itself is a process of cultivating plants carried out in the nursery area. The nursery stages carried out must be in accordance with the applicable work standards, so that the nursery stages can run smoothly. During the field work practice, problems were found in the nursery, therefore it is necessary to have a SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) draft.
The method used in compiling this report is a survey. Collecting data using observation and interview techniques. The results of this field work practice are in the form of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Flowcharts and Job Descriptions. The goal is that the nursery stages can be arranged and planned in accordance with the guidelines.

ABSTRAK
Laporan ini dibuat untuk merancang SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) pada pembibitan. SOP menjadi pedoman yang harus di monitoring, evaluasi dan diperbarui terus menerus oleh pihak BUMDesa Sukosari pada aktivitas pembibitan di Poetoek Soeko.
BUMDesa bertujuan untuk membantu perekonomian dan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa dengan melakukan kegiatan usaha yang dilakukan oleh penduduk Desa Sukosari tersebut
Aktivitas yang dilakukan selama praktik kerja lapangan adalah mengikuti program MBKM Matching Fund di Desa Sukosari. Aktivitas yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk memajukan dan mengembangkan menjadi Desa wisata yang berdikari. Pelaksanaan aktivitas selama mengikuti program meliputi: pembuatan logo, desain spot foto, desain interior café dan penanaman bibit tanaman di Rainbow Garden. Pembibitan tanaman di Poetoek Soeko sendiri merupakan proses budidaya tanaman yang dilakukan di area pembibitan. Tahapan pembibitan yang dilakukan harus sesuai dengan standar kerja yang diberlakukan, agar tahapan pembibitan dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Selama melaksanakan praktek kerja lapangan ditemukan permasalahan pada pembibitan, oleh karena itu perlu adanya rancangan SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). Metode yang digunakan dalam menyusun laporan ini adalah survey. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari praktik kerja lapangan ini berupa SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), Diagram Alir (Flowchart) dan Job Deskription. Tujuannya agar tahapan pembibitan dapat tersusun dan terencana sesuai dengan pedoman.
