In accordance with the purpose of the study, the reading material is accommodated in the interesting reading teaching module for the first grade students of the Islamic senior high school of Manba'ul Hikam Putat Tanggulangin. Reading passages with topics suitable for the first grade students are provided in the reading module. Instructional reading material refers to the reading module used in the process of teaching and learning in the first semester for the first grade of Islamic senior high school.

The material has been revised to correct some of the deficiencies found in the validation to improve. The value of tasks in language learning can be placed on two sides of the continuum (Abdollazade, 2008). In this case, if the students are already proficient in the language area of the task, the task will have little value.
On the other hand, even if the students are proficient in the language area of the task, the task will still have some value. The margins of the paper must be carefully set and the letters must be appropriate. The quality of the paper must be guaranteed to make it more durable.
The subjects of the test were students of the second semester of the Department of English Education of the Islamic University of Malang. The first is a student questionnaire, and the second is the result of an interview with the lecturer. The test subject was MA Darut Taqwa Purwosari Pasuruan for Class 12 students.
Based on the result of the test and questionnaire, some revisions were made and after making the revised, the materials are expected to meet the requirement of suitable materials for 12th grade students of MA Darut Taqwa Purwosari Pasuruan.

The first relates to the evaluation of the existing module, while the second relates to teachers' expectations regarding the development of the reading module. The research findings show how the researcher develops the learning module for reading and the outcome of the development. To know the results of the student questionnaire on the evaluation of the existing module, it was presented in Appendix VII.
Questions 3, 4 and 5 showed how important the physical appearance of the reading instruction module is. In order to make the product of the reading module better, the expert's suggestion was important. Comments for revision and suggestions for improvement of the learning to read module were also completed.
The first expert said that the development of the reading module so far is so good, almost perfect. The researcher did not ask the graphic designer to evaluate the physical appearance of the reading module. The reading module topics are updated - The layout is interesting and clear.

In order to find out the students' expectations regarding the development of the reading module, 30 students were asked to complete a questionnaire about the students' expectations regarding the development of the reading module. Students need an appropriate reading module that will help them master reading comprehension more easily. The result showed that 18 students or 60% strongly agreed that the reading module should provide an interesting and transparent layout.
The results indicated that the reading module should provide up-to-date reading topics and the assignments should be interesting. The result showed that 21 students or 69% of the students strongly agree that the reading module should provide updated reading topics and interesting assignments. Next, 20 students, or 66% of students, strongly agree that assignments in the reading module should provide clear instructions.
And question 8 indicated that the reading module should not provide vocabulary (English to English) to improve students' vocabulary. But 10 students or 33% of the students agree that the reading module should provide a vocabulary (English to English). To know the result of the students' questionnaire about the students' expectations for reading module development, it was presented in Appendix VIII.
Based on the teachers' suggestion, the topics of the reading module can be about religion, education, technology, teenagers and hot issues.

From the first validation of the expert, according to her evaluation, there were still some aspects that needed to be revised, especially in physical appearance such as cover design, title and letter. However, the experts gave 'good' marks for some aspects such as layout is interesting and clear, typing and spacing is clear and neat, the picture illustration is clear and colourful, task/exercises are appropriate, easy, and encourage the involvement of the students , teaching is clear, appropriate and easy to understand, coverage of material is relevant to the students' needs and interests, the content of the material is clear and appropriate, language matches the students' level and easy to understand. From the second validation of the expert, according to her evaluation, she had a different judgment than the first validation.
She had a different verdict from the first expert in the first validation for some aspects such as spacing, the illustration of the image, task/exercises are appropriate, easy and encourage student involvement. With regard to the first expert, according to her evaluation, she had a different opinion than the first expert in the second validation for some aspects such as title of cover design, letter, task/exercises stimulate student involvement, instruction is clear, appropriate and easy understand, the content of the material is clear and appropriate. All suggestions from experts in the development were very valuable to the researcher for the improvement of the materials.
Although the judgment of the experts in evaluating the physical appearance of the reading module varied, the researcher had to correct some aspects of the physical appearance. In the first revision, the researcher had to review some aspects of the physical appearance, such as the design of the cover, title and letter. The physical appearance and content of the material was also improved.
Finally, the feedback from the experts is used as a basis to create the final version of the reading instruction module.
Final Product
The second revision takes place after the reading instruction module has been checked again by the experts. Meanwhile, the second expert said the reading instruction module was better than the first revision. Interesting reading passages with various and useful topics suitable for the students of the first grade of Islamic high school are provided in the reading module.
To sharpen students' understanding of text reading, the reading module provides various exercises or tasks such as essays, true/false, etc. To achieve reading comprehension objectives, students' reading skills are also used in the reading module. As stated in the purpose of this study, it is intended to develop the learning module of reading for first grade students.

Conclusion
This study deals with the development of a reading learning module for first grade students of Manba'ul Hikam Putat Tanggulangin Islamic Senior High School. Based on the development, it can be concluded that the development of appropriate teaching reading materials for students plays an important role in increasing students' interest in reading in English and overcoming students' difficulties in reading comprehension. Appropriate reading means that material that covers the needs of the students and is used through needs analysis.
Many revisions were made according to the judgment and comments of two experts, such as the physical appearance and content of the material. The strength of the module is that it is complete with updated reading topics and interesting tasks, so students can try and do exercises to sharpen students' minds in reading comprehension. At the beginning of each chapter, students are welcomed with pre-reading activities so that students can easily understand what they learn in the chapter.
