n. Members of the Board of Commissioners or members of the Board of Directors can provide written answers outside the Meeting on questions or respond to questions and/or opinions that have been read as mentioned in letter i above, which have not been answered or responded to in the Meeting forum.

o. The Chairman of the Meeting has the authority to take the necessary actions if there are Meeting participants who are considered to disturb the continuity and orderliness of this Meeting.

10. DISCUSSION

The decision of the Meeting is based on the deliberation of consensus. If the decision based on the deliberation of consensus is not reached, the decision is taken by voting collection.

11. VOTING COLLECTION

a. Each holder of 1 (one) share has the

b. First, Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Meeting Agenda:

In accordance with the provisions of Article 25 paragraph 1 letter a of the Company’s Articles of Association, the decisions of the Meeting are taken based on the agreed vote of more than 1/2 (one half) of the total shares with voting rights that are present at the Meeting.

c. Sixth Meeting Agenda:

In accordance with the provisions of Article 25 paragraph 5 letter a of the Company's Articles of Association, the decisions of the Meeting are taken based on the agreed vote of Series A Dwiwarna Shareholder and other Shareholders and/or their authorized representatives who together represent more than 2/3 (two thirds) of the total shares with

voting rights that are present at the Meeting.

d. Seventh Meeting Agenda:

In accordance with the provisions of Article 25 paragraph 4 letter a of the Company's Articles of Association, the decisions of the Meeting are taken based on the agreed vote of Series A Dwiwarna Shareholder and other Shareholders and/or their authorized representatives who together represent more than 1/2 (one-half) part of all shares with voting rights that are present at the Meeting.

e. Voting for Meeting resolutions is carried out by raising hands with the following conditions:

1) those who voted disapproval or blank were asked to raise their hands while handing over

officer. Subsequently the Notary will count the votes issued;

2) those who voted disapproval or blank but their voting card is damaged, torn or wrinkled so that they cannot be detected correctly by computer or Notary, is considered invalid;

3) those who do not raise their hands are deemed as agree;

4) those who leave the Meeting room at the time of voting collection are deemed as agree.

f. At the end of each voting collection the Notary reads the results of the voting.

g. In accordance with the provisions of Article 25 paragraph 11 of the Company's Articles of Association, a blank vote or abstention is deemed to follow vote

issued by majority shareholders who cast vote.

h. Unauthorized votes are considered non- existent and are not counted in determining the number of votes issued at the Meeting.

12. ANNOUNCEMENT AND MEETING INVITATION

Procedure that precedes the implementation of the Meeting in accordance with the provisions of Article 23 paragraph 5 and paragraph 7 of the Company's Articles of Association, namely Announcement and Meeting Invitation, has been conducted to the shareholders.

Announcement and Meeting Invitation as mentioned above have been made on the Company's website and exchanges, as well as Daily Newspapers published in Indonesia and have wide/national circulation, with the following description:
