The implementation of independent learning is expected to create a spirit of continuous learning.
It is a learning process that transcends the boundaries of space, class and non-class, inside and outside the school, and makes life experiences an essential part of the learning process. Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) allows students the option of 1 (one) semester or the equivalent of 20 (twenty) credit points to study outside the study program at the same university and a maximum of 2 (two) semesters or the equivalent of 40 (forty) credit points of study at the same study program at different universities, studying at different study programs at the same university or studying at other universities. To support the implementation of higher education where students as elements in the teaching and learning process must be encouraged to develop and mature themselves in a scientific atmosphere, efforts are therefore required to complement and create expected students . For the benefit of students who are willing to know the final grade of the semester they have undertaken or the entire semester for those who have passed, students can obtain these results through the "Academic Transcript". They have completed the administration requirements in the finance department and registration requirements in the academic affairs department of the Faculty of Economics and Business.
To support academic activities among students, supportive facilities are needed to support the teaching and learning process in the university environment. In addition to the usual problem of plagiarism, self-plagiarism is also common in academia, as the author attempts to reuse all or part of his/her work without citing the source. To test the similarities of the thesis, students submit the thesis file, which is registered for the thesis exam, to the reading room of the Faculty of Economics and Business.
Based on the test results, the Reading Room issues a certificate showing the degree of agreement of the student's thesis with other existing articles. This phase also applies to courses where the results of the similarity test should serve as the basis for the assessment.
