Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas, dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada sub sektor food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2019.
Variabel nilai perusahaan diproksikan oleh PBV ( Price to Book Value). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang di dapatkan dari laporan keuangan perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.
Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel dengan bantuan program Eviews 9. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 16 perusahaan food and beverage dengan teknik purposive sampling sebagai metode pengambilan sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel struktur modal berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Capital Structure, Profitability, and Firm Size on Firm Value in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The firm value variable is proxied by PBV (Price to Book Value). The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the financial statements of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used in this research is panel data regression with the help of the Eviews 9 program. The sample of this study consisted of 16 food and beverage companies with purposive sampling technique as the sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the capital structure variable has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value, profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value and firm size has a negative and significant effect on firm value.
