2. Literature Review
2.1. Human Resource Management
According to Sri Larasati (2018). Human Resources is Human Capital therefore the implementation of MSDM should be associated with the organization's strategy to improve performance, develop corporate culture by promoting innovation. The company's function is to deploy all resources (HR) or internal capabilities to deal with market interests. Hr capabilities are competitive advantage of the company. Thus, in terms of resources (HR), the business strategy is to get the maximum added value that can optimize competitive advantage. Human resource management is a process of organizing human talent to achieve organizational goals (Bohlander, George., and Snell 2010).
2.2. Work Motivation
Work motivation is something that gives rise to encouragement or spirit of work or in other words the driver of the spirit of work (Martoyo 1996). Employee discipline is very important for a company in order to realize a company's goals, this is in accordance with the explanation of (Hasibuan 2000) that "Discipline must be enforced in a corporate organization, because without the support of good employee discipline it is difficult for the company to realize its purpose". According to Hasibuan (2012) that motivation is the provision of driving power that creates the excitement of one's work, so that they want to cooperate, work drivtif and integrate with all and its efforts to achieve satisfaction.
2.3. Work Facilities
The facility according to Kawet (2016) is as a means provided by the company to support the course of the company's tone in achieving the goals set by the control holder. Work facilities are a supporting tool in the company's physical activities, and are used in normal corporate activities, have a relatively permanent usability period and provide benefits for the future. Work facilities are very important for the company, because it can support employee performance, such as in the completion of work. Based on the definition of the above facilities, it can be concluded that the facility is one of the supporting means to create work motivation for employee performance according to hartanto, R, Raharjo (2000).
2.4. Employee Performance
Performance assessment is an activity for managers to evaluate the performance behavior of employees followed by determining the wisdom of the future. Things related to performance assessment such as loyalty assessment, honesty, leadership, teamwork, dedication and participation according to Hasibuan (2000).
3. Theoretical Framework
3.1. The Relationship Between Work Motivation Variables on Employee Performance
According to previous research by Hanafi and Yohana (2017), Daulay and Hikmah (2020), Agusniathi (2019), Chen et al. (2018), Juniantara I. W. & Riana (2015), Saad (2018), Ayundasari, Sudiro, and Irawanto (2017), Sujatmiko and Realize (2018) stated that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is contrary to the results of Arief Setya Budi's research, et al (2019) shows that motivation has little effect on employee performance.
3.2. The Relationship Between Work Facilities Variables on Employee Performance
The facility of work according to Cushway (2002) is as a means provided by the company to support the course of the company's tone in achieving the goals set by the control holder. This was reinforced by previous research by Rintama Sitompul (2021), Andriyanto, Rekawati, and Rahmadiyah (2019), Hafidulloh (2017) showing that the better work facilities provided and provided by the company can support the better the level of employee performance results.
Based on the description above, a research model can be made as shown in Picture 1.
Figure 1. Theoretical Framework Hypotheses
H1 : There is a significant effect of partial work motivation on the employee performance of Fish & Co Restaurant Surabaya.
H2 : There is a significant effect of partial work facilities on the employee performance of Fish & Co Restaurant Surabaya.
H3 : There is a simultaneous significant influence of work motivation and work facilities on employee performance of Fish & Co Restaurant Surabaya.

Based on the analysis results in table 3, the regression equation is obtained as follows:
Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 + e
Y = 4,952 + 0,309X1 +0,237X2 + e
Based on this equation, can tell which the value of the motivation variable beta coefficient (X1) of 0.309 is positive. The variable coefficient value of the work facility (X2) of 0.237 is positive. The higher the motivation (X1) and the work facilities (X2) the higher the employee performance.
5.5. Coefficient of Determination R2
The coefficient of determination test aims to find out how much the model's ability to explain the variation of the dependent variable. Test results in this study can be seen in table 4.
