RESEARCH FINDING AND DISCUSSION

Description of SMKN 3 Seluma

As a vocational secondary school, SMKN 3 Seluma always trains students in the fields of office (OTKP), accounting and financial institutions (AKL), motorcycle technology (TBSM), light vehicle technology (TKRO) and computer and network technology (TKJ). Based on the profile of the school, SMKN 3 Seluma was founded in 2009, which is located in a rural area precisely in the village of Dermayu kec. Implementing a learning process that has a superior and religious perspective to produce quality graduates who are able to compete in the world of work.

Description of the Subject

After interviewing 11 students who were the subjects of this research, the researcher found that this problem also occurred when they answered the TOEIC Reading and Listening test. There were 2 students whose scores were still at the beginning level in English, which meant that the total score ranged from 10-215 and it was assumed that orange was the lowest level in the TOEIC test. Based on the research data that the researchers previously presented to investigate what are the problems or obstacles that students have in answering the TOEIC Reading and Listening Tests, further discussion will be described in the following. Menurut saya, soal yang paling mudah adalah Gambar, karena mengasumsikan gambar disertai dengan audio yang didengar. Tidak ada strategi, sampai akhir tes yang saya lakukan hanyalah menebak apa yang menurut saya benar. Saya tidak ada persiapan, saya hanya percaya pada diri sendiri, yang penting mengisi semua jawaban yang menurut saya benar, meskipun saya menebaknya.

Suggestion

Pertanyaan yang paling sulit adalah kalimat yang tidak lengkap karena sulit bagi saya untuk memasukkan pilihan dalam kalimat ke dalam pertanyaan. Yang paling mudah adalah bagian gagasan pokok (pemahaman bacaan) karena kita hanya perlu mencari pokok atau gagasan suatu paragraf, sedangkan yang sulit ada pada bagian kosakata (kalimat tidak lengkap) karena pada jenis soal ini saya punya untuk menemukan arti kalimat tahu dan jawabannya sehingga dapat mencocokkan kalimat yang benar pada pertanyaan. Aku tidak begitu mengerti, aku mencoba mendengarkan maksud pertanyaannya, namun aku tidak mengerti apa yang diucapkan dalam audio tersebut. jadi aku hanya menebak pilihan yang menurutku benar.

Cara saya adalah dengan memahami isi audio yang saya gunakan dan mencari respon yang paling tepat untuk merespon audio yang ada. Bagian yang paling mudah menurut saya adalah bagian 1, karena kita hanya diharuskan mencocokkan apa yang diucapkan dalam rekaman suara tersebut. Saya tidak mempunyai persiapan apa-apa dan menurut saya lolos seleksi viera hanyalah sebuah keberuntungan bagi saya.

Saya menganalisis jawaban berdasarkan suara dan menghilangkan jawaban yang menurut saya tidak benar. Bagian tanya jawab merupakan bagian tersulit bagi saya, namun bagian termudah adalah pengambilan gambar, karena Anda hanya perlu melihat gambar yang ditampilkan.
