EVALUASI SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN DAERAH (SIMDA-BMD) DALAM PENGELOLAAN ASET BARANG
MILIK DAERAH DI DINAS PEKERJAAN UMUM DAN PENATAAN RUANG KABUPATEN BENGKALIS
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuievaluasiSIMDA-BMD dalam proses perencanaan kebutuhan dan proses pengadaan pada pengelolaan aset barang milik daerah di Dinas Pekerjaaan Umum dan Penetaan Ruang Kabupaten Bengkalis.
Dalam hal ini untuk pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah dari tahapan perencanaan kebutuhan dan pengadaan sudah dilakukan berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 tetang Pedoman Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah akan tetapi belum di aplikasikan menggunakan SIMDA-BMD. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi untuk proses perencanaan dan pengadaan dalam pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah menggunakan SIMDA-BMD belum diterapkan seluruhnya menggunakan aplikasi SIMDA BMD. Adapun proses perencanaan kebutuhan dan proses pengadaan Barang Milik Daerah dilakukan di luar dari aplikasi SIMDA-BMD. Akan tetapi untuk proses penginputan aset dari hasil perencanaan dan pengadaan tersebut sudah di dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi SIMDA-BMD melalui menu penatausahaan yang ada pada apliksi SIMDA-BMD tersebut.

OF BENGKALIS REGENCY
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the evaluation of SIMDA-BMD in the planning process of needs and disposition on the management of regional assets in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of BengkalisRegency. In this case, for the management of the area's goods of the planning stage of needs and provision has been carried out under the Minister of the Interior's Decree No. 19 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for the Management of Regional Property but has not been applied using SIMDA-BMD. This kind of research is qualitative with case study approaches. The data collection techniques that are done consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique being performed is descriptive. The results of this research show that in the evaluation of the planning and provision process in the management of the Property Area using SIMDA-BMD has not been fully applied using BMD SIMDA applications. The needs planning process and the procurement process for Regional Property is carried out outside of the SIMDA-BMD application. However, for the recovery process of the assets of the planning and evaluation results, it has been done using the SIMDA-BMD application through the administration menu that exists on the SIMDA-BMD application.
