The Johannesburg meeting in 2002, which was attended by world leaders, gave rise to the concept of social responsibility, which must accompany the previous two concepts, namely economic and environmental sustainability. It is a fact how the resistance of the local community in different places and times comes to the surface of the companies that are not considered to be aware of aspects of social, economic and environmental life. Research into sustainability development should be revealed in a wider dialogue such as at an international conference.

The conference is expected to accommodate researchers to promote their thoughts on the development of sustainability on a larger scale. Also, this conference is expected to generate ideas in all areas of sustainable development. The work included in this paper addresses key areas in the field of sustainable development, such as Macroeconomics, Urban and Regional Planning, Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems, Education and Community Empowerment.

We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere appreciation to the members of the Technical Advisory Committee who helped review the papers and maintained high standards for the progress of the international conference. • Strategies Used to Develop Tourism Potential to Become Coastal Creative Sustainable Product in Under Developed Coastal Areas

One attempt to be able to implement the concept of sustainable tourism in Bali is to do the creative industries in the coastal areas of Bali. The coastal area of the island of Bali has tremendous potential to be developed as a tourist attraction, covering natural resources, social life, customs and culture of coastal communities that are very attractive to be used as a tourist attraction (Amanah and Utami, 2006). . While until now imbalance occurs in the optimization of the development potential of coastal resources for tourism activities,.

Tourism development through creative economic activity should be based on the concept of sustainable tourism development, in order to reduce the negative impact of tourism development itself. What kind of limitations are encountered in the development of the touristic potential of the coast. The approach used to address this problem is to compare the resources owned by the coastal island of Bali with the concept of the creative economic development framework (Pangestu, 2008), to realize the creative economy in the coastal island of Bali.

Therefore, the concept of sustainable tourism development is based on the preservation of the environment to be in the kingdom in every aspect of tourism development (Sastrayuda, 2010). In the development of the creative economy through tourism sector which is further explained by Yozcu and Icoz (2010), creativity will stimulate tourist destination to create innovative products that will provide added value and higher. Furthermore, the principles developed in the development of sustainable tourism which include (i) ecological sustainability, (ii) cultural and social sustainability, (iii) economic sustainability.

Sustainable tourism must be a balance between economic development and protection of the natural potential of the environment as a whole. Universitas Mahasaraswati Press 80 enough research on these issues and has significance in the development of sustainable tourism, especially in the coastal areas of Bali. This research uses public considerations and tourists who have knowledge of the object under investigation.

In an overview of the slope of the slope, the island of Bali consists mostly of land with a slope of 0-2% to 15-40%. The developed southern coast of Bali (Tanah Lot, Kuta, Nusa Dua, Serangan) seems to dominate the creative potential of sustainable economic development, while the southern undeveloped coast of Bali (Kedungu, Pangkung Tibah) only has potential for performing arts and music . Basically, the coastal area of Bali Island is a strategic area because it is close to the facility/other tourist attractions that are well known in the world.
