From the Desk of the Chancellor Historic women's hoops

Coach Austin Parkinson and the women's basketball team won a school record 22 games this year including Saturday's first round Summit League tournament contest with North Dakota State.

In addition the women performed very well in the classroom having a team-average GPA of 3.31.

Despite a loss in The Summit League semifinals, the Jaguars’ haven’t ruled out a second

consecutive postseason appearance as the WNIT field will make its selections on Sunday, March 16.
