The s m a l l e s t group of f i f t e e n r e p r e s e n t s t h e b e s t of J.A.1s Personnel D i r e c t o r s . Twenty S a f e t y D i r - e c t o r s a r e considered i n t h e i r s e c t i o n of t h e competition.

Using i n t e r v i e w s , w r i t t e n t e s t s , and s t u d i e s of i n d i v i d u a l r e c o r d s , t h e number of a s p i r i n g c a n d i d a t e s has narrowed down and t h e r e s u l t s o f t h i s s c r e e n i n g w i l l be a v a i l a b l e today. The remaining o f f i c e r s w i l l be s u b j e c t e d t o a review of t h e p a s t t e s t s and t h e n given s p e c i a l t e s t s and problems r e l a t i n g t o t h e i r r e s p e c t i v e d u t i e :

According t o Mrs. Larson, t h e conference i s e f f i c i e n t l y organized and one of t h e b e s t groups t o feed, She added t h a t t h e number one problem t h i s time of t h e y e a r i s t h e l a b o r shortage, s i n c e h i g h s c h o o l s t u d e n t s a r e q u i t t i n g .
