Any woman in the institution may become an associate member by a majority vote of the members present at any meeting. Students wishing to drop a course for which they have registered must obtain a pel"lnission from the instructor and report to the office. Such list is for the information of the committee and does not constitute any excuse or request for it.
Instructors must notify the committee of the removal of such conditions as soon as possible. At the beginning of each season, the graduate manager compiles a list of names for each instructor from which the team personnel is selected. The coach has full authority over the team in all matters of cooperation.

Ballot papers will be provided to the EACB with the names of the candidates listed on them. The EACB study;''It has the right to vote for as many candidates as there are members to be elected from each group, which iR does by marking the names of those for whom they do not wish to vote. In the event that the required number of candidates does not receive a majority of all votes cast, voting will continue until an election is made, where the smallest candidate will be eliminated on each ballot.
The freshman class will elect its advisory member somewhere in the monastery before May 25 of each y,u'. The following year's incoming class will elect its advisory member at an appropriate time before October 1. The president is elected on the Wednesday following the election of senators during a joint meeting of the outgoing Senate and the newly elected Senate, chaired by the outgoing president.

At the beginning of each school year, a map of the campus will be posted in some pub location. Officials for all athletic class competitions will be the senior class in conjunction with the school principal. There shall be no meeting for a banquet before one A. M, of the day on which it is to be held.
This competition must consist of at least four dishes and served at the table with a plate, knife, fork and spoon for each. ))'normal pl'eparation must be at least twenty~. An upperclassman selected by the dass must be present to act as judge and report to the student senate, which awards the win. Banquets may be secret, but notification of banquets must be filed with the Student Senate immediately after the event.
ProcB will be posted only during the week commencing on Monday after the opening of the college and ending on Friday of the same week. If the bell is rung by or for the freshman before any proc has been removed, the contest will be considered a win for the sophomore. In the case of a false process, the ringing of the bell will only mean a cessation of activities for the day.

The executive and judicial powers of the College Women's Organization shall be vested in a council composed of the President of the Organization, President Abigail Allen Hall (E'rick), and five other members, of whom there shall be two. dormitory'. Juniors, two dormitories, sophomores, and one non-dormitory member, other is a senior' or freshman. At least two weeks before the election of the council, the president shall appoint a candidate committee of five members, two of whom have been sbali members of the council. The appointment committee consults with the president to appoint the members of the council.
Following the election of council members in April, the new council will hold joint meetings with the former council. The President shall be the executive officer of the Organization, and shall convene and preside over the meetings of the Organization and the Council. The duties of the vice president will be to assume the duties of the president in the ahs. nce, or at the request of the.
The duties of the secretary are to keep the minutes of all meetings of the organization, and to cooperate with the secretary of the Student Senate in posting notices of functions approved by the Student Senate. The duties of the treasurer shall be to act as custodian of all funds of the organization, paying bills only by vote of the council, and upon receipt of an order signed by the President and Secretary of the organization. The duties of the non-dormitory legislative committee are to meet at least once a month to enforce rules relating to non-dormitory women.
The President of the College Women's organization shall be a Senior, and she shall preferably have served on the council, either as a representative or as a member prior to her Senior year. A quorum of the College Women's Organization shall consist of at least two-thirds of its members.
ARTICLE X
A committee appointed by the president to nominate members of the council also serves as a committee to review the rules. Written excuses for acceptance or rejection must be submitted to the Council at the first meeting following a member's absence. Any member may be dismissed by a two-thirds majority for misconduct in office and may be removed. from the position by a two-thirds majority vote of the entire collegiate women's body.

II, inflections, even if supervised by the Student Agreement Committee, or granted by the College of Students but not on the College calendar, shall be considered special permission. Any note, if the scholarspip does not fall below D in more than one subject, may grant as many permits as the Council and the Student Life Committee deem reasonable. Any Senior whose scholarship does not fall below B in more than one subject may be exempted from this rule. Women attending functions for which a speed permit is required must be at their residence by 12.00.

Almost everyone is able to take at least one of the above forms of training and SilOU will show his spirit by trying out for the teams. A departure in athletics was witnessed in 1915-16, when the separate athletic interests of the college and agricultural departments were merged into an all-university association. It is two seniors — one man and one woman — and two underclassmen from each of the College, the School of Ceramics, and the School of Agriculture The Council formulates the general tile policy to be followed, with suggestions from the faculty committee, while the Distribution of Plans is carried out by the graduate manager, who has general competences.
Every college student becomes a member of the association upon payment of his tuition bill, which includes an athletic tax of $3.00 per year, making all bona fide members with all rights to hold office under the supervision of the association.
