Cabinet members (officers and chairmen of standing committees) will be committed to furthering the purpose of the Association. They shall be elected by ballot at the annual meeting of the Association on the first Sun. The Secretary shall keep full minutes of all Cabinet Association business meetings.
FACULTY RULES
Where appropriate, such notifications must be accompanied by a statement from the treating physician. That all dancing is subject to the supervision of Stu'd('nt Life)'s colleague. The coach has full jurisdiction over the team in all matters of conduct.
A list of nominations will be posted on the bnllletin board immediately after nominations are entered. Of the senior members elected to the Senate, only those who have served several terms in the Senate are eligible for the presidency, unless the other is declared eligible by a two-thirds vote of the old and new. The senates elect a new president. No memhm' or representative of the Scnate Hall loses his seat by the change.
No more than two members of the Senate may exist to any member of the membership or association. AR'l'ICLlll VIII-POWERS Section 1. The president shall preside at all meetings of the Senate, of the Association and of the Student Body. It is the duty of the Secretary to report a date placed on the Calendar to the college office as soon as possible.
I'be Sellate will deal with all cases involving violations of the Honorary System as stated in the Constitution of the Honorary System. It shall be the duty of the Senate to resolve those which :ma~' are not considered in accordance with the true collegial spirit; to call its meetings in·. The start day is set by the first students with the approval of the Student Senate.
Procs are only posted during the week starting on Monday after the opening of the university and ending on Friday of the same week.

ARTICLE VII
The student body of the College of Liberal Arts interprets the New York State School of Ceramics at Alfred University {'reate an Honor System whereby every student by his attendance pledges himself to be fair; to be reasonable; to be honorable In. For work done in the laboratory or at home, the instructor defines what constitutes violation of the Honor or System. Continued offense after the warning or offense for the second time must be reported to the Senate.
In the case of a second conviction during the rest of the student's college career, the recommendation is recommended by the Senate to the student for separation from the college, unless the separation is made by the Senate. I insist that the said declaration or undertaking be attached to each examination paper. The Student Senate mentions publicly or privately any case brought before the committee, except through act/fulfilment of the committee as ~~(l;I'.
These Bylaws may be amended by a three-quarters (%) vote of those present at a meeting of the student organization, or a revision may be approved by a unanimous vote of the said student organization.

The executive and judicial authority of the Women's Student Government is vested in a council composed of presidents. dept. 2. The President of the Student Government is an advisory member of the Student Senate. dept. 2. The council member who is not in the home is the chairman of the committee of three members, whose members are elected.

The treasurer's duties are to act as depository for all funds of the organization, paying bills only upon vote of the council and upon receipt of an order signed by the president and secretary of the organization. The President of the Women's Student Government has the power to call special meetings of this commlttl'e when she deems necessary.
The Student Women's Government President must be a Senior and it is preferred that she has served on Council, either as a representative or as a member prior to her senior year.
AUTICLE IX

The written excuse shall be presented to the council for acceptance or rejection at the first meeting following the member's absence. AUTICLE X
This Constitution can be supplemented by two-thirds of the votes (of the quorum) of the organization. The following regulations are an attempt to accommodate the members of the university organization to the special conditions of the college, olllllunity. , declaration of leiillit or not. Disregarding these principles or violating the rules would be enough grounds to impose penalties.
Every member of the Women's Student Government has the honor of observing this policy and working together to enforce it.
ARTICLE III-OFFICERS Section 1. 'I'be officers of the Athletic
A member of the faculty of the University may be appointed by the Council to administer the Indemnity Fund, and his term of office shall be three years. If no names are presented, or if they are not satisfactory to the Committee, the appointment may be made by unanimous vote of the Advisory Committee. A graduate or head of the faculty is a member of the association and is subject to the articles of the constitution.
The student manager of the various sports will, at his request or in his absence, be assistant manager and sball act for the graduate or faculty manager. The duties of the assistant student managers are to raise money for this purpose. Any member of the ouneil who has three consecutive unauthorized absences will be suspended from the council.
The President, Vice President and Secretary of the Association will meet with the Alumni board and determine the appropriate parts in a future program. At the beginning of each season, the graduate manager must submit to each instructor a list of names from which the team personnel will be selected. The coach shall have full jurisdiction of the team in all matters of conduct.
The managers of the different departments will receive the main insignia of which department with an M on it.
ARTICLE VIII
Second-year students who want to try their hand at management positions; he must report to the Council of Atbletie, who will hand him over to the man. At the end of the year the Board will select three (3) of these men to act as their assistants.

The club makes an extended" tour each year giving ("concerts under the auspices of various schools, churches and other organizations. At least once a year a suitable piece is selected and given by the club. A departure in one to letirs was wltnessecl in the year 191G -10 the hitherto separate athletic interests of tile schools and agricultural departments were united in a comprehensive association Under the new arrangement athletics are controlled (In the college of Ath.).
This sport, although new to Alfred, has been more successful in the past two years. The purpose of the Club is to promote a greater athletic interest and encourage high school students to attend Alfred. Originally organized for the purpose of studying contemporary literature, the English dub serves as a developmental tool.
Eta 1fu Alpha is an honorary fraternity whose object is to promote better studies and a greater interest in the intellectual life of the Uniperslty; to promote leadership and fair play; to support any move in the interest of a greater Alfred, especially the whirlwind ones! will strengthen the intellectual life of the University.
