Di era komputerisasi saat ini, estimasi kualitas website tergantung pada persepsi dan harapan para penggunanya untuk mempertahankan eksistensi dan pencapaian website melalui internet. Dengan menggunakan metode Website Quality (WebQual) untuk pengukuran kualitas website berdasarkan persepsi pengguna akhir. Tujuan dari metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mengukur hubungan antara persepsi konsumen dan prioritas meningkatkan kualitas produk / jasa dikenal sebagai analisis kuadran.
Berdasarkan webqual index, acuan terhadap kualitas sebuah sistem untuk memperoleh pandangan mengenai layanan website Pondok Pesantren Al- Hidayah Pringsewu. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Webqual Index pada website pondok pesantren Al-Hidayah dapat diketahui bahwa dimensi Kegunaan (usability) mendapatkan hasil nilai index 0,79085, dimensi Informasi (information) mendapatkan hasil nilai index 0,78441 dan dimensi Interaksi Layanan (service interaction) mendapatkan hasil nilai index 0,79708. Nilai indeks ini dapat digunakan sebagai penentu indikator dari dimensi kualitas yang perlu diperbaiki.
Hasil Analisis Importance Performance Analysis pada Website pondok pesantren Al-Hidayah terdapat beberapa atribut yang berada pada kuadran I yang menjadi prioritas utama perbaikan kualitas website untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna pada dimensi informasi ialah indikator Informasi yang tepat waktu, Informasi yang relevan. Pada dimensi interaksi layanan ialah indikator Aman terhadap informasi pribadi, Fasilitas fitur dapat diakses dengan baik. Menyediakan kemudahan masukan atau saran terhadap pihak sekolah.

ABSTRAK
In today's computerized era, the estimation of website quality depends on the perceptions and expectations of its users to maintain the existence and achievement of the website through the internet. By using the Website Quality (WebQual) method for measuring website quality based on end user perceptions. The purpose of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method to measure the relationship between consumer perceptions and priorities for improving product/service quality is known as quadrant analysis.
Based on the webqual index, a reference to the quality of a system to obtain views about the website services of the Al-Hidayah Pringsewu Islamic Boarding School. Based on the results of the Webqual Index calculation on the Al-Hidayah Islamic Boarding School website, it can be seen that the usability dimension gets an index value of 0.79085, the Information dimension gets an index value of 0.78441 and the Service Interaction dimension gets an index value of 0.78441. index value 0.79708. This index value can be used as a determining indicator of the quality dimensions that need to be improved.
The results of the Importance Performance Analysis on the Al-Hidayah Islamic boarding school Website have several attributes that are in quadrant I which are the main priority for improving website quality to increase user satisfaction on the information dimension, namely indicators of timely information, relevant information. In the service interaction dimension, it is a safe indicator of personal information, the feature facilities can be accessed properly. Provide easy input or suggestions to the school.
