English Club is an activity where students spoke or wrote an English topic to improve their skills in a friendly and interesting environment.

The researcher gave the students an oral test regarding the material taught during the treatment. The test is partly based on the planning of learning (RPP) that has been created. The aim of this test was to know the prior knowledge of the students in the field of speaking skills.

The researcher divided the students into five groups, with each group consisting of several students. Then the researcher explained about the materials and how he could use his words to express his opinion on the problem. After giving the pre-test, the treatment and the post-test, the researcher compared them whether the post-test result was better than the pre-test result or not.

The instrument of this research was an oral test (Descriptive Test) in which students were asked to explain a picture provided by the researcher based on the curriculum of SMPN 3 Pinrang. From the explanation above, t-table, a conclusion can be drawn that the students who receive treatments have significant improvements.

Findings of the student's score in the classification on the pre-test and the post-test. The student classification describes how many students pass. The student classification describes how many students pass. The student rating describes how many students are excellent, very good, good, average, poor, and very poor. It happened because the researcher and also the strategy were not familiar with the students. Based on reasons, the researcher tried to create the activity of the students in the following treatments.

In the learning process, the teacher gave the students a topic related to the lesson plan and gave them its explanation before they. At the end of the lesson, the students told about the result of their discussion. In fact, the students had the ability to speak, but they were nervous and shy to explore their meaning, so the strategy changed them to be active.

Based on the result of discussion and looking at the comparison about the students' score in pre-test and post-test, the researcher comes to the conclusion that the application of English Club can help the students to improve the students' speaking skills, especially about its fluency . From the analysis above, it shows that there is a significant effect that differentiates the students' speaking fluency before and after the application of the strategy, cannot help the students to improve their speaking skill, especially about its fluency because there is no significant effect is between pre-test and pot test. Based on the result of data analysis of findings and discussions in the previous chapter, the researcher concludes that the application of English Club is effective in improving the students who speak fluently at the second grade of SMPN 3 Pinrang.
