Further strengthening of government agencies for information managers was also ensured in six districts/municipalities in Central Java Province (Surakarta City, Magelang District, Pekalongan City, Semarang City, Magelang District and Kendal District) and in four districts in Banten Province (Pandeglang, Serang, Tangerang and Lebak).

This bulletin titled "Praktik Pemerintahan Terbuka di Indonesia" ("The Practice of Open Government in Indonesia") tells the story of Indonesia's journey so far in the OGP movement since it first joined in 2011 to today. Indonesia's FoIA is one of the innovations to transform closed government into open government.
The uncertain relationship between open data and accountability: a response to Yu and Robinson's The New Ambiguity of "Open Government". On the other hand, PATTIRO facilitated the strengthening of the community (Community Center/CC) to access and utilize public information. In relation to the issue of transparency, in 2001 Indonesia became one of the initiators of the Open Government Partnership (OGP).
The emergence of Indonesia's FoIA could be seen as a quantum leap in the management of public agencies, especially by the government. This is evident from the socialization process of Indonesian FoIA in several eastern Indonesian regions. However, this is an improvement in the mindset of civil servants in Indonesia.
This condition should be anticipated due to its negative impact on the regional implementation of Indonesia's FoIA. The real impact of this synergy will be the improvement of the public service of the government and the improvement of the legitimacy of the government in the eyes of the community. On Wednesday, January 29, PATTIRO facilitator held a meeting in the community center office to establish a strategy.
One of the implementation guidelines and technical guidelines material is the public information service standard. At the end of the training, an OCD action plan was prepared to monitor the implementation of the local self-government program.
