Fast Food is Not Good

Life today has become fast and lifestyle changes have made people addicted to food and eatables that can be readily made. Fast food is the name coined for such food items which are either pre-cooked or can be cooked in lesser time than regular food. Especially during the current pandemic, it is recommended to limit activities outside the home and always provide fast food stocks such as instant noodles, frozen food and others. During the pandemic, it is also more common to order food through online applications and order fast food more often. Another reason people eat fast food is because the price varies, it is easy to find anywhere, and it is undeniably delicious. Fast food can last a long time, such as instant noodles and frozen food, these foods are practical and do not rot easily.

Some studies state that eating fast food does not have a direct impact. The amount of fast food that accumulates in a person's body can cause certain diseases in the future.The effects of consuming too much fast food include the first to cause serious illness. Fast food contains a lot of sugar, consuming too much sugar is dangerous because it increases cholesterol levels. As a result, a person who consumes excessive amounts of sugar is at high risk of heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and cancer. The Next, Cause obesity. Research also shows that the habit of eating fast food that is high in calories is associated with an increased risk of developing dementia.

Therefore, in order to maintain a healthy body, consume less fast food and eat more nutritious foods such as vegetables, fruit, fish and others so that our immune system is strong, especially during a pandemic like today, which must maintain and increase endurance.
