1. Introduction 1.1. Background
Employees are human beings who have human nature, diverse feelings and needs that are met in order to live. When an employee feels his needs are met, it will lead to a loyal attitude towards the company. One of the company's efforts to increase competitiveness is by increasing the work productivity of its employees. To achieve the company's goals, it is necessary to recruit, train, develop, evaluate, maintain, and retain qualified and highly loyal employees.
According to (Siagian, 2016) states that loyalty is a tendency for employees not to move to other companies. According to the theory of loyalty put forward by (Richard M. Steers, 2011), the process of creating job loyalty within the company is related to a strong drive to remain a member of the company, the desire to try as much as possible for the company, and definite trust and full acceptance of the company. company values.
Employees who have loyalty are needed for the continuity of the company and can determine the progress of the company in the future.
One way to increase work loyalty is to provide incentives to employees, which can be a way for companies to try to make employees loyal to work . Incentives are elements or remuneration given inappropriately or variable depending on the conditions of achievement of employee performance. According to (Anwar Prabu Mangkunegara, 2017) explaining incentives as giving money outside of salaries made by the company as a form of recognition of work performance and employee contributions to the company. Incentives are given with the aim of providing stimulation and motivation to employees to improve work performance, as well as production efficiency and effectiveness (Hasibuan, 2017).
In addition to the incentive factor, the teamwork factor also greatly influences work loyalty. According to (Susanti, 2017) teamwork is a work combination system of a group supported by various expertise with clear goals, and also supported by leadership and communication to produce higher performance than individual work.
Teamwork can work well if each member can do the work and have the ability to: initiative, discuss, seek information, opinions, propose procedures to achieve goals, elaborate opinions, summarize , test consensus, compromise and be creative in resolving differences. differences, trying to reduce tension within the group, and expressing group feelings that will increase work loyalty in the future so that the team can work effectively in developing motivation, closeness, and productivity. Many organizations view team building as an aspect of organizational commitment. If the company does not have good teamwork , there will often be work conflicts

and discontent harmony between employees. This kind of atmosphere causes discomfort felt by employees at work .
Based on the results of interviews conducted with employees at the online shop Wynnbag Surabaya and researchers' observations that there is no compactness teamwork , such as: not wanting to help each other finish the work, not feeling the same fate, team members do not like each other, the burden is not shared for the same goal, do not understand each other, differences of opinion, and do not support each other.
Based on the phenomenon that has been described, the research is interested in examining loyalty, how the influence of incentives, and live team collaboration stream on line shop Wynnbag Surabaya on their work loyalty. with the title "The Effect of Incentives and Teamwork on Work Loyalty of Wynnbag Surabaya Online Shop Employees". It is hoped that the results of this study can help companies to increase employee loyalty online shop Wynnbag Surabaya.

2. Terrorist Studies 2.1. Incentive
Incentives as giving money outside of salaries by the company as a form of recognition of work performance and employee contributions to the company (Anwar Prabu Mangkunegara, 2017). Incentives are given with the aim of providing stimulation and motivation to employees to improve work performance, as well as production efficiency and effectiveness (Hasibuan, 2017). Incentives are remuneration provided by the company to employees on a non-permanent basis which is variable depending on the performance of the employee. Incentives are one of the important drivers to stimulate employees to work more optimally. With the provision of incentives, it is expected that employees will be able to participate more in carrying out their work duties.
2.2. Teamwork
Teamwork is a necessity in realizing work success. Teamwork becomes a driving force that has energy and synergy for individuals who join in teamwork . Without teamwork , there will be no bright ideas.
Cooperation meruapan synergistic power of several people in achieving a desired goal. Cooperation will unite the power of ideas that will lead to success. A team is a unit consisting of two or more people who interact and coordinate their work for a particular purpose. This definition has 3 (three) components . First, it takes two or more people. Second, people on a team have regular interactions . Third, people on a team have a common goal.
Teamwork Indicator : 1. Cooperation
2. Trust 3. Compactness
2.3. Employee Loyalty
According to (Siagian, 2016), loyalty is a tendency for employees not to move to another company.
According to (Novitas Sari, 2019), employee loyalty is a condition of physical, psychological, and social activities that make employees behave according to company regulations, do and practice something that is obeyed with full awareness and responsibility.

3.2. Saturated Population and Sample
3.2.1. Population
Population according to (Sugiyono, 2013), is a generalization area consisting of objects or subjects that have certain qualities and characteristics determined by researchers to be studied and then drawn conclusions. In this study, the population is all online shop employees Wynnbag Surabaya, totaling 42 people.
3.2.2. Saturated Sample
According to (Arikunto, 2012), if the population is less than 100 people, then the total sample is taken, but if the population is greater than 100 people, then 10-15% or 20-25% of the total population can be taken. So the researcher took 100% of the population in the online shop Wynnbag Surabaya as many as 42 respondents.
Thus the use of the entire population without having to draw a research sample as a unit of observation is referred to as the Saturated Sample.
3.3. Data collection technique
Questionnaire According to (Sugiyono, 2017), stating that the questionnaire is a data collection technique that is carried out by giving a set of questions or written statements to respondents to answer.
3.4. Data Analysis TechniquesValidity test
Validity is the most important consideration in evaluating the quality of the test as a measuring instrument . The concept of validity refers to the feasibility, significance and usefulness of certain inferences that can be made based on the scores of the relevant test results. The validity of the test itself is the process of gathering evidence that supports the inference in question. The validity tester is at a significant level of 5% or 0.05 which means a significant value (a <0.05), then the variable is valid. If the value is significant (a> 0.05), then the variable cannot be used.
1. Reliability Test
Reliability test is a tool used to measure a questionnaire which is an indicator of a variable or construct . A questionnaire can be said to be reliable and reliable if the answer from someone there is a consistent or stable question from time to time (Ghozali, 2018)(Ghozali, 2016). In this study, to measure the reliability of variables using the SPSS ( Statistical Packages for Social Scrience ) version 25, by looking at the results of Cronbach 's calculations alpha > 0.60. If the value of the alpha coefficient > 0.60 then a variable is said to be reliable and reliable .

48 2. Normality Test
The normality test aims to test whether in the regression model the dependent variable or the independent variable has a normal or abnormal distribution. Normality test results in research this seen in the value of one sample Kolmogorov Smirnov, if value on value 0.05 then data distribution is stated Fulfill normality , and if value below 0.05 then interpreted as not normal.
3. Multicollinearity Test
The multicollinearity test aims to test whether the regression model found a correlation between the independent variables ( independent ) (Ghozali, 2018). How multicollinearity can be measured based on the variance rule inflation factor (VIF) . When VIF < 10 , if criteria the fulfilled so test results Analysis on research this no occur multicollinearity .
4. Test Hetero s kedas t i si bag
The heteroscedasticity test aims to test whether the regression model has inequality variance from the residual of one observation to another observation (Ghozali, 2018) . How to predict the heteroscedasticity test can be seen from the scatter pot image pattern . If at the points data processing between ZPRED and SRESID spread under nor on origin point / number 0 on the Y axis and not have point regular , yes confirmed that study no occur heteroscedasticity .
5. Partial Test (t Test)
T test is used to find out how the effect of each independent variable by individually to variable tied up . Test this could conducted with compare t count with t table or with see column significance for each t count . The t-test process is identical to the f-test ( see SPSS calculation on Coefficient Regression Full Model/Enter )
6. Simultaneous Significant Test (Test f)
According to (Tommy Suprapto, 2009) the F test is used to determine whether the independent variables have a simultaneous effect on the dependent variable. F calculated can be known if f count < f table , then H 0 received or variable free no have influence to variable bound and if f count > f table , then H 1 accepted . The probability of 5% (α=0.05) is used for knowing significant or no take effect together _ _ variable free to variable tied . As for the conditions is if > (0.05), then H 0 accepted H1 _ rejected and if sig < (0.05), then H 0 is rejected H
1 is accepted
7. Coefficient Test Determination (R 2 )
The coefficient of determination (R2 2 ) is used to measure the extent to which the model's ability to explain variations in variance dependent bell . The value of the coefficient of determination (R 2 ) is between zero and one. If the value of R2 is small , it means that it has the ability of independent variables that explain the variation of the dependent variable is very limited. A value close to one means that the independent variables provide almost all the information needed to predict the variation of the dependent variable (Ghozali, 2018).
8. Multiple Linear Regression Test
Multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the effect of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y). This method relates one dependent variable to two or more independent variables . The regression equation used is as follows:
Formula :
Where :
Y = Employee Loyalty X 1 = Incentive X 2 = Teamwork _
= Constant _
1 2 = Constant _ _ Regression e = Error (Sujarweni,2019:227)
In this study, the dependent variable is employee loyalty, while the independent variable is incentives and cooperation.
