Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan Non Debt Tax Shield, Growth Opportunities, Dan Struktur Modal Pada Perusahaan Mayora Indah TBK periode 2017-2021. Rumusan masalah yang terdapat pada penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis ketiga variabel pada penelitian ini yaitu Non Debt Tax Shield, Growth Opportunities, Dan Struktur Modal Pada Perusahaan Mayora Indah TBK periode 2017-2021. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskritif. . Analisis statistik deskriptif dengan cara mengumpulkan data kemudian mengklasifikasikannya untuk memperoleh fakta yang ada pada objek yang diteliti. Pada penelitian ini penulis melakukan perhitungan data menggunakan rumus. Data yang diperoleh berasal dari laporan keuangan Perusahaan Mayora Indah, TBK periode 2017-2021. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu Total NDTS terendah terjadi pada tahun 2019 yaitu sebesar 0,030. Dan total NDTS tertinggi terjadi pada tahun 2021 yaitu sebesar 0,042.
Dimana semakin tinggi tingkat NDTS suatu perusahaan maka semakin rendah tingkat hutang yang dimiliki perusahaan tersebut. Sedangkan, berdasarkan perhitungan Growth Opportunities periode 2017-2021 total asset yang dimilki perusahaan meningkat di setiap tahunnya. Artinya semakin tinggi tingkat peluang pertumbuhan perusahaan (Growth Opportunities) maka perusahaan akan cenderung menggunkan saham untuk mendanainya atau modal sendiri. Dan, berdasarkan total perhitungan DER pada variabel struktur modal perusahaan, terjadi siklus fluktuatif di setiap tahunnya.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain Non Debt Tax Shield, Growth Opportunities, and Capital Structure in Mayora Indah TBK Company for the 2017-2021 period. The formulation of the problem in this study is to analyze the three variables in this study, namely Non Debt Tax Shield, Growth Opportunities, and Capital Structure at Mayora Indah TBK Company for the 2017-2021 period.
The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis. . Descriptive statistical analysis by collecting data and then classifying it to obtain the facts that exist in the object under study. In this study the authors perform data calculations using formulas. The data obtained comes from the financial statements of Mayora Indah Company, TBK for the 2017-2021 period. The research results obtained were that the lowest total NDTS occurred in 2019, namely 0.030. And the highest total NDTS occurred in 2021, which was 0.042. Where the higher the NDTS level of a company, the lower the level of debt owned by the company. Meanwhile, based on the calculation of Growth Opportunities for the 2017-2021 period, the company's total assets have increased every year. This means that the higher the level of company growth opportunities (Growth Opportunities), the company will tend to use shares to fund it or its own capital. And, based on the total DER calculation on the company's capital structure variable, there is a fluctuating cycle every year.
