of the funds to be used by these communities played by government officials who want to do their own profit so that people only get poverty and social inequality. Talking about corruption that corruption is born in Latin, namely Corrupsion or Coruptus which means a mistake. 1 So corruption is an act of embezzlement of money aimed at the interests and benefits of personal or others . There are many cases in Indonesia regarding corruption that harm the state or society that the state or the Indonesian government has made various efforts to eradicate corruption, one of which is by creating a body that is given the task of eradicating and handling corruption cases, both large and small scale, namely the KPK or the Corruption Eradication Commission. The Corruption Eradication Commission or what can be abbreviated as the KPK was born or established in 2002 which still stands strong today in carrying out its duties, namely eradicating and solving corruption cases that have a bad impact on the state and society. The duties of the Corruption Eradication Commission or KPK are first to cooperate with agencies to prevent corruption, secondly to provide a vision to agencies to eradicate corruption, thirdly to conduct an investigation, investigation, and a prosecution of people who commit corruption, fourth to take measures to prevent corruption, and the fifth to hold an oversight of the government. Meanwhile, the authority of the Corruption Eradication Commission is to first coordinate in carrying out investigations, investigations and prosecutions in preventing corruption, secondly to carry out a determination of reporting when in activities to eradicate corruption, third to request information about activities in combating corruption, fourth to conduct meetings with agencies to listen to their opinions in eradicating corruption, the last fifth to take action. eradicate corruption by requesting a report from the authority to eradicate corruption. 2

Related to the duties and authorities of the Corruption Eradication Commission or which can be abbreviated as the KPK that it is not enough to be able to eradicate corruption that is still rampant in this country, we can see that there are still many government officials who still pass the KPK and there are still many officials who commit corruption who escape the punishment obtained which is that a law enforcement can be said to be just a "display" that can later change and later only a small community can be getting the impact, so it can be said that human resources or human resources that

have intellectual and moral in the Indonesian state are still small. Therefore, the government must be able to instill anti-corruption attitudes through an education in schools to all students or lessons in Indonesia to be able to immerse the value in themselves that corruption is an act that is very very detrimental to oneself and the state, talking about education that an education is the most basic thing to be able to develop potential in every individual where with education is to can direct a human being to be able to think more maturely and have values and morals to be able to behave more intellectually to a deviant environment for oneself or with the state. Regarding an education that education is the most important thing to give to children which in other words is a powerful way to be able to build the character of an individual, such as changing the mindset that previously did not know about anything to know and provide progress for oneself and the country. With the corruption that still exists in this country, especially indonesia, it means that there must be education that can be the first step and cultivate the minds of individuals so as not to commit corruption and know the impact of corruption such as carrying out anti-corruption education learning. Anti-corruption education is the first step taken by the government to be able to introduce matters related to corruption such as sanctions, forms and others, with the existence of anti-corruption education to students in Indonesia will give birth to a generation that understands and understands the dangers of corruption, with that the government hopes that the existence of anti-corruption education carried out in various schools will encourage students to develop an attitude By rejecting the existence of corruption, both small and large-scale corruption later, indirectly providing anti-corruption education is a process to be able to change a person's attitude so that it is easily measurable.

Discussion

The Importance of Anti-Corruption Education to Students

Talking about anti-corruption education that every implementation carried out to be able to provide teaching related to anti-corruption is carried out on an ongoing basis which is carried out during elementary school to university. The implementation of the anti-corruption education program is something that aims to be able to form a value, character, and morals with deviant phenomena that

occur in the surrounding environment. Anti-corruption education is a learning that must be obtained and instilled in students which can be followed by all students which can be seen that there are still many characters of students in the school environment still being indifferent to the phenomenon of corruption that is rampant even not a few acts of corruption exist in the school environment that result in students being able to imitate and do it, Instilling good character is a mandatory thing to do for a teacher or educator to students to be able to give birth to young people who want to advance the nation and state, therefore it is necessary to instill an anti-corruption character in students throughout the school. The existence of an institution in the community has not been able to overcome corruption, seeing from the efforts imposed by the government, it has indeed given a lot of deterrent effect to corruptors but it does not mean that some people are afraid to do it, it is necessary to have other efforts as a provision in other lives so that we can see in the future through corruption education. Seeing the government's efforts to overcome corruption through debriefing students at the school level to be able to instill anti-corruption attitudes through anti-corruption education is the most important and necessary thing in today's younger generation.

The anti-corruption education provided by schools in Indonesia is a useful lesson in strengthening the prevention and eradication of corruption in Indonesia today, where we know that there are still many acts of corruption committed by the community and the people out there who only attach importance to the group or themselves. In addition, the existence of anti-corruption education is an effort to reform a politics through the anti-corruption education system in the hope of a change.

Educational institutions have an active role in organizing an anti-corruption education such as carrying out anti-corruption behavior in the school environment, anti-corruption education is indeed the most correct to be given to students because it is hoped that they can develop their anti-corruption attitudes and get used to these attitudes when growing up and know which is right and which is wrong. In addition, the importance of anti-corruption education is given to students at the school level because it has several reasons, namely the first is that the lack of understanding of students about anti-corruption which is rare for students to get sufficiently complete information about it so anti-corruption education is needed to be able to complete the understanding of students by providing a basic understanding that is expected to fight corruption in the environment they. The second is that it is seen that the school environment is still not effective in implementing some of the school rules that are owned so that

students feel less responsible about it, in this case the role of the teacher is very important to see because the teacher or educator is the supervisor and can supervise students who commit violations and provide a punishment to students who violate so that students have a fear of violate the rules that can be implemented in the next life so that they are afraid to commit acts of corruption and afraid to violate the rule of law. To be able to

Instilling Anti-Corruption Values in Students

Ways and strategies in eradicating corruption in the social environment or school environment must have a systematic and programmatic process and have clarity to be able to carry it out continuously, with a clear anti-corruption effort, a program in eradicating corruption or providing anti- corruption education can be distributed to the next generations with the same goal, namely being able to develop an attitude to It still rejects corruption on a large or small scale. By rejecting and eradicating a corruption that is rampant in the school environment or social environment, students must be able to take steps by preventing which prevents is one of the most appropriate and effective steps to be implemented by students. Through an education that will create a process of preventing students who are supported and guided by educators or teachers in each school, in other words, to be able to prevent corruption in the scope of society, it must be prevented first by making preventive efforts in the school environment such as changing and preventing attitudes towards children through an education, one of which is instilling anti-corruption values in the school environment. Learners. The attitudes or values that can be instilled in students with the aim of being able to prevent corruption are:

a. Instilling the Value of Honesty

Talking about honesty that honesty is an attitude or behavior of a person who says and acts as he is according to the facts and can gain trust by others in the sincerity of one's heart. The absence of honesty in a person will not allow the person to develop in a life where the absence of honesty will lose moral value in oneself. Instilling the value of honesty in students that educators or teachers are the main role in directing this such as teaching not to cheat on each other, not to lie to each other, and not to plagiarize during the teaching and learning process or others.

b. Instilling the Value of Caring

(6)

Caring is a behavior and action that seeks to help someone both in school and in the social environment who may need help around them. Immersing the value of caring for students is an action that can be carried out in schools where students can be able to help peers without any distinction from each other. Implementation

c. Instilling the Value of Discipline

Discipline is a behavior that comes from a person obediently and orderly to the rules that bind him. In other words, discipline is a key to success that always wants to state the truth, students can comply with school rules which are like if the school does not allow to bring communication tools so students must obey and must not bring things that have been prohibited.

The goal is to instill the value of discipline to be able to provide a more organized and efficient life.

d. Instilling the Value of Responsibility

Responsibility is an attitude that must be instilled for students by having an attitude of responsibility that means that the human being is a civilized and cultured human being, giving the value of responsibility to students so that students are able to distinguish between good and bad. By knowing the good and bad of an action that the learner will know the consequences that will be obtained and be able to take responsibility for his actions.

e. Instilling the Value of Justice

To be able to eradicate corruption on a large and small scale, anti-corruption education in schools in Indonesia must be balanced in providing an understanding related to the value of justice for students not distinguishing social starta such as from the upper, middle and upper classes. Students must be able to see all human beings the same without any distinction that will be implemented as adults for a better life.

f. Instilling the Value of Courage

To be able to perform actions that they think are right and want to solve a problem that students must have an attitude of courage to carry out their actions. Courage is an attitude and behavior of a person who is brave in the face of a difficulty in his life or brave in making a decision. The courage instilled in students is expected to be able to persevere and strive about what they think

is right. This is related to efforts to eradicate corruption where courage can eradicate corruption and prevent corruption.

g. Instilling the Value of Hard Work

To be able to eradicate corruption, there is a need for hard work where students can implement through their real form of sincerity in carrying out their activities or activities in the school environment, with the nature of hard work in students will have a form of motivation to change all their circumstances. Hard work in the world of education can include such as not wasting time on activities that are not beneficial to oneself, always respecting every process that is passed.

h. Instilling the Value of Simplicity

To be able to prevent the occurrence of a form of corruption in the school environment or community environment is to have a simple nature or it can be called having a nature that is not excessive to something, the form of implementation of the value of simplicity can be realized by having a humble nature to social friends at school and not being arrogant to others. It can be a trait not to commit other acts of corruption that only benefit oneself.

i. Instilling the Value of Openness

To be able to prevent the occurrence of a form of corruption that educators must be able to instill an attitude or value of openness to students, it can be implemented for their future, talking about openness is a word that has a meaning without a secret in it. In the world of education, the value of openness can be born through students being able to express something by not doing a form of lying by covering up something that is considered true. By providing the value of openness to students, it is hoped that students can be open if there is someone who commits corruption in their environment and can be reported and provide accurate information.

Anti-Corruption Education Learning Strategies

The role of educators to be able to provide material and understanding of anti-corruption education is very much expected to be able to shape the character of students and change previously bad morals into good, not only playing a role as an instillation of the values described above that the strategy in carrying out anti-corruption education learning must be able to suit students in the classroom where teachers or educators as facilitators in providing a material related to corruption. Educators must

also have an understanding and be able to master what will be discussed when starting the class because if the educators understand and master the material it will also be easy for a student or student to understand, not only can they be expected to master the material but educators are also expected to be able to arrange the class to be taught for students to stay focused on receiving the material presented.

Regarding anti-corruption education learning that educators can conduct and invite discussions of all students who aim to be able to give birth to a student's framework and way of thinking where teachers or educators can give time to students in discussing how corruption is currently in Indonesia and give students to be able to conclude about what has been discussed, With the discussion sessions that have been given, it is hoped that students or students can gain new knowledge and increase their ability to understand the corruption that occurs so that they can instill anti-corruption attitudes and values that can be implemented as adults or in the next life. After the discussion session, educators can give students a test with the aim of being able to gauge how far their understanding of anti-corruption is and that way educators can assess which students mean it and which are not.

Factor Supporting and Inhibiting the Implementation of Anti-Corruption Education

Corruption is a deviant act which is categorized as an unlawful act, but what we can see is that there are still many in the school environment to be brave in breaking the law such as committing corruption for personal gain. To be able to fight corruption in the surrounding environment, it is necessary to have an eradication that has an integrity and comprehensive nature which in which the system can be carried out and implemented by all schools in providing learning related to anti- corruption education which is one of the first steps to prevent corruption in Indonesia by providing an understanding of corruption guided by workers educators by creating learners who are honest, responsible and have an attitude of justice values for the entire society without distinction. Parents and educators hope that the existence of anti-corruption education is the first way to be able to change all bad characters into good and it is hoped that anti-corruption can be formed in both small and large forms. The strategy given to educators to be able to instill anti-corruption values in students is not always easy to understand both from teachers and students and schools, providing anti-corruption education in the school environment is not an easy thing and can only be underestimated but there are many factors that may be able to make this learning successful by creating students who are able to change their character to remain firm in rejecting the existence of acts of corruption. The provision of

(9)

anti-corruption education has several factors to be able to achieve success and support in creating students who are able to follow the implementation of anti-corruption education in the school environment as for the existence of an awareness in a student which is the most important thing to be needed in the implementation of anti-corruption education, awareness in oneself as the first step in the implementation of anti-corruption education is not without reason but because when oneself is a student who has awareness of how to do anti-corruption education or other education, students will be able and understand the material provided by educators that students can receive well, but if in students there is no sense of awareness of the importance of an education provided by the school then it can be said that it is difficult for students to be able to understand and digest a material given, especially that anti-corruption education must be provided and understood by all circles which is important for the continuity of the state or society.

In addition to a student that the supporting factor in running and implementing anti-corruption education in schools is that there must be support and participation from the surrounding community, With the participation provided by the community, it means that the community together with sekoladh who implements and provides anti-corruption education to be able to make an agreement or a commitment in supporting the existence of anti-corruption education. In the community that supports anti-corruption education, it is hoped that they can take advantage of a technology that is already rapid and fast to be accessed by various groups, information and communication technology can be utilized such as by carrying out socialization through social media, which many already have accounts, from television media and other media that are easy for other people to listen to. The use of technology in community participation in supporting the anti-corruption education movement is not without reason but to be able to provide the danger of corruption for a country that has criminal penalties, this is done to provide ordinary people with corruption that are important for the public to know.

Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor in the implementation of anti-corruption education is the first in an educator, where the teacher or an educator at this time still feels confused or does not understand how to be able to teach anti-corruption education to all students which was initially only discussed briefly and not thoroughly in ppkn subjects but with the existence of anti-corruption education that educators or teachers must can as much as possible to convey and equip anti-corruption related materials to students fundamentally and thoroughly accompanied by existing examples, in addition to that

(10)

67 Available online at https://ejournal2.undiksha.ac.id/index.php/IJLTC/issue/archive

educators, especially for teachers, will have a different way of conveying anti-corruption given to all students and about it if the delivery of teachers and the understanding of different teachers conveyed to students will have an impact on differences in understanding to each student later, therefore that educators or teachers must be trained so that the competencies presented are the same and can be understood the same. The second is the existence of a limited curriculum owned by several schools in Indonesia, especially in state schools or it can be said that schools that are still not based on anti- corruption education, it is seen that kuruikulum is one of the obstacles to anti-corruption education where schools only have a fairly short and limited time that must be balanced with other subjects so that teachers or educators have not Maximally in providing an understanding of anti-corruption, especially regarding anti-corruption education is a lot of material and takes longer to be understood and given and it is hoped that schools and other educational institutions can change and change their curriculum to become an anti-corruption education-based curriculum. 3

Conclusion

Corruption is a form of action that has often been encountered in the community and even corruption is rampant in the scope of government, both large and small scale, where with the existence of corruption acts make the government very effort in preventing corruption by overcoming corruption the government makes an and forms an institution that is expected to make corruptors or someone who commits corruption deterrent but there are still many people It has not been deterred by this that makes the government have to find ways by making other efforts, namely providing anti-corruption education to educational institutions. Anti-corruption education is an effort to provide students with an understanding of values, attitudes and behaviors to prevent corruption. Through anti-corruption education, it is hoped that it will be able to change the mindset and morals that exist in students, which indirectly states that anti-corruption education is the most important thing for students who can change deviant behavior in themselves. Preventing corruption can be done by instilling anti-corruption values such as honesty, care, discipline, responsibility, justice, courage, hard work, simplicity, openness. To be able to realize anti-corruption to educators who can do learning as interesting as possible, such as by conducting discussion sessions to be able to see students' understanding of anti-corruption.

Implementing anti-corruption education in the school environment will have supporters and obstacles such as awareness in students to be able to carry out and know the importance of anti-corruption education provided and the inhibiting factor is the lack of understanding of educators about the material provided.

Advice

With the implementation of anti-corruption education in educational institutions, especially in schools, it is hoped that educators and all school residents must be able to provide an example related to the material that has been given which aims to be seen and modeled by students. And educators must be able to create a pleasant classroom atmosphere so that students are not saturated to receive material.
