CONCRETE MIXTURE WITH PLASTIC AS FINE AGGREGATE REPLACEMENT

 - CONCLUSION

The increased area of the strips would cause destabilization of the concrete mix. Recycled white HDPE plastic resin was used for the experiment to increase the potential reflectivity of concrete. Due to its low weight, the plastic aggregate caused a decrease in the unit weight of the concrete.
This is likely due to the unusual shape of the HDPE aggregate and the excessively high air content. The temperature of fresh concrete containing HDPE plastic was comparable to that of ordinary concrete. The air content of the test samples increased with an increase in the replacement percentage.
As expected, the unit weight of concrete decreased with an increase in replacement percentage due to the lightweight properties of HDPE plastic and the increase in air content due to plastic replacement. The 10%, 20%, and 30% replacement samples exhibited higher tensile splitting strength than that of the control sample. Increasing the percentage of replacement increases the air content of HDPE concrete, hindering heat transfer through the slab.

The series active filter by UPQC mitigates supply-side disturbances: voltage dips/swells, flicker, voltage unbalance and harmonics. If the DC voltage is not the same as the rated value, the output voltage of the series active filter will not be equal to the compensation value. First, the error e (t) and the variation error ∆e (t) have been placed for the angular velocity to be the input variables of the FLC.
The FIS editor opens and displays a diagram of the fuzzy inference system with the names of each input and output variable. The impact of the voltage harmonics of the supply voltage is noticeable on the DC voltage between 0.05 s and 0.1 s but without significant impact on the load voltage. Otherwise, we noticed that the THD value of the source current (Fig. 12) has undergone a small change and is equal to 5%.
Parameters of the FLC with new functions And method=prob, Of method=probor, And method=prob, Of method=probor, Implication=min. For this last simulation, we modified the FLC properties of the DC voltage loop. The results obtained in several cases have shown a small change in the behavior of the FLC.

Therefore, some studies have investigated the irrigation impact on the thermal performance of the extensive green roofs. Figure: (7) Temperature variation of the internal air temperature in treatment room and control room with high. Figure (12) also shows the temperature of thermocouples in the substrate layer of the extended green roof system after cutting grass with a height of 5 cm.
Figure: (14) Temperature variation of the internal air temperature in treatment room and control room with tall grass. When the temperature of the outside air was 40°C, the average value levels for the temperature differences were 2.5±.5°C during the daytime. The discussion focused on the impact of substrate components (grass height and water content) and the temperature of interior walls on the thermal performance of the comprehensive green roof system.
Table: (1) Temperature variation of indoor air temperature in the treatment room with long grass and with. Regular irrigation or irregular irrigation in the extensive green roof system did not have a significant impact on the thermal behavior of. However, the indoor air temperature in the treatment room was lower than that in the control room due to the use of the extensive green roof system.
AN ANALYSIS OF MOBILE BANKING CUSTOMERS FOR A BANK STRATEGY AND POLICY PLANNING

 - MANAGERIAL IMPLICATIONS

Although a number of aspects have been studied for e-commerce, very little is reported about the segmentation of mobile banking customers by. This study attempts to add to the body of literature through data mining on mobile banking services (Sangle & Awasthi, 2011). What services have customers often purchased together? Which types of mobile banking users are most likely to respond to a particular promotional post.
The rationale for cross-selling, which is defined in the introduction as "a strategy of selling other products to a customer who has already purchased a product from the seller", is not only "increasing the customer's dependence on the company and reducing the likelihood of switching to another company". provider", but also a generally positive impact on the relationship with the customer, strengthening the connection between the provider and the user (Kamakura, Wedel, De Rosa and Mazzon, 2003). This study examined the number of mobile banking users of a major bank in Iran. In addition, the table of bank customers was shown in Table II. The proposed methodology used a new segmentation methodology as shown in the figure
The classification of RFMD or CPN was shown in Table IV. The rankings given are usually ranked. This study provides evidence that customer segmentation is of great importance for banks to identify the behaviors of each segment and provide specific marketing campaigns that best match those behaviors. The results of this study provide a practical approach to Iranian banks that. This paper also presented a synthesized example of segmentation in the banking sector. The proposed model improved the current customer understanding of mobile banking.
ADVANTAGE OF MAKE-TO-STOCK STRATEGY BASED ON LINEAR MIXED-EFFECT MODEL

 - DISCUSSION

The results show that the forecasting ability of the linear mixed effect model in an empirical analysis is better than that of a linear forecasting model, exponential smoothing method and time series forecasting method. In this study, according to the characteristics of the mixed-effect model, we used product type as a random effect term and included the demand for each product type in a universal model. Model (9) (i.e. the linear model) includes only the fixed-effects term in Model (8) (i.e. the mixed-effects model); therefore, Model (9) was compared with Model (8) to examine the differences when the random-effect term is present or absent in the model.
As shown in Table 3, the absolute values of the coefficients for the explanatory variables in the linear mixed-effects model that includes the random-effects term are larger (i.e. further from 0) than all of them in the linear model except for April. In addition, the standard errors and P values for all the explanatory variables in the linear mixed-effects model are smaller than those in the linear model. In this case, the observed values for product demand are correlated over time, thereby violating the assumption of the linear model.
However, the linear mixed-effect model (8) contains the random-effect term, whereas the linear model (9) does not. In summary, when the linear mixed effects model was applied, all the historical data were used in one model to predict the monthly product demand for each product type and to avoid problems arising from splitting the data into smaller datasets. Therefore, future studies should apply the strengths of the linear mixed-effects model (eg, accurately predicting demand for multiple product types at once) in forecasting.
FACULTY RESEARCHERS AND NON-RESEARCHERS IN THE CONTEXT OF TEACHING PERFORMANCE AND PERSONAL
PROFILE
OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY
The study aimed to determine the preliminary identity profile of research and non-research faculty in terms of age, gender, marital status, employment status, educational attainment, and hourly rate; and student evaluation of teaching performance results from comparing teaching performance results and testing differences between scholars and non-scholars; to test the difference in the profile variable between the two groups; determine differences between faculty researchers and non-researchers when they were grouped according to profile variables; and to determine which profile variable included in the study and which criteria of teaching performance best predict the likelihood of becoming a faculty researcher. Ho: There is no significant difference between faculty researchers and non-researchers when they were grouped by profile variables.
METHODS
Frequency count and percentage were used to analyze the result of the profile variables, while arithmetic mean was used to interpret the teaching performance of the faculty members. Chi-square test was used to determine the differences between the two groups when grouped according to profile variables. Guttman's predictability coefficient was used to determine which profile variable in the study was the best predictor of becoming a faculty researcher.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
Finding out students' attitudes toward any school-related factor can better explain their actions. Researchers have a higher ability to identify the needs or problems of students because it is one of the basic processes in conducting a research study. Educational attainment is considered a factor influencing faculty members to be involved in university research activities.
If gender is also taken into account as well as the age of the faculty members, it will increase the possibility of having engaged in the research enterprises. Since research is an important part of faculty performance evaluation, teachers who truly maintain their position within the top 25% in the annual top. The results of this study may serve as an eye-opener for faculty members who are not interested in adapting the university's research culture.
They can somehow realize the advantages and benefits of being a Faculty Researcher and become involved in the research efforts of the academic community. With the advent of K-12, most of the teachers of Higher Education Institutions may not get enough teaching load compared to the previous years. Research is one of the keys in achieving and maintaining excellence and quality in education.
