Please note the following:
1. Indexation: Metadata for this issue will be taken by various Indexing bodies such as EBSCO Host, ProQuest, ROAD, SCOPUS after 4-6 weeks of the online publication via webload. This issue also can be accessed via EBSCO Host, ProQuest, SCOPUS via your institutional subscription. The journal also will be deposited to British Library as part of the legal depository and is being archived with PORTICO and registered with CrossRef.
2. Increasing visibility: We suggest individual authors to submit published article to the following to increase the online visibility as it is easy for individual authors.

Hard copy of the Journal:Should you require a Hard copy of the publication please let us know and there would be an additional fee of £25 for International postage and packing via standard Royal mail post and £5 for the United Kingdom. Should anyone want their hard copies by DHL or equivalent service a flat rate of £40 will be charged for International shipping. All hard copies of the journal will be shipped by end of October 2018. We will send the copies of the Journal to those who already reserved and paid the required fee once the printed version if out.
Recent development Scope of the Journal
The Editorial Board recognises the importance of continuous improvement. Reflection and re-evaluation are integral to the on-going quality control process. From the outset there has been an awareness of the contribution that can be made by various stakeholders including reviewers, academics, and of course those who read and make use of the Journal itself. Therefore, we have recently narrowed the scope of the Journal to have major focus on Retail Business Management. Our goal is to foster and promote innovative thinking in retailing and associated business practice.
Hence, research on retailing and International Retail Business Management remain universal interest. The Journal strives to be a means by which scholars and retail business experts disseminate their research.
Although the primary focus of the journal is concerned with retail and retail business management, it also interested in aspects that relate to retail such as HRM, Corporate governance, corporate social responsibilities and stakeholder engagement. JBRMR introduces a newly developed online Submission platform which is now fully functional from 10th September 2018. Therefore, all manuscripts should be submitted via JBRMR online submission system, To submit your paper please go to www.jbrmr.com and click on the register button on the right top of the home page. We will not be able to accept any submission via email from now on.
