THE EMPOWERMENT STRATEGY OF THE TRADITIONAL FISHERMAN'S WIVES IN THE COASTAL AREA OF BARRU REGENCY, SOUTH SULAWESI. Based on this, the empowerment strategy of the traditional fisherwomen in the west coast area of Barru Regency of South Sulawesi Province Indonesia is fascinating to study. The strategy to empower the traditional fishermen's wives in the western coastal area of Barru Regency South Sulawesi Province Indonesia was to improve the household economy through a strengthening of activities.

THE TESTING OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP AS THE ATTEMPT TO REMODEL THE FACTOR OF PRODUCTION IN THE RICE FARMING

Validity test

These parameters are cross-loading and comparison between the root of AVE and inter-correlation between latent variables. The output of the root of AVE and the inter-correlation among latent variables are shown in Table 2. All figures are values of inter-correlation among latent variables, except the root of AVE.

For example, the value of intercorrelation between entrepreneurship is: (i) business performance is 0.76, (ii) management capacity is 0.359, (iii) prayer is 0.327, and (iv) process engineering and biology is 0.465. Based on the result, the square root of AVE for entrepreneurship (0.677) is higher than the value of the intercorrelation between the latent variables. Based on the explanation for the intercorrelation between entrepreneurship and the other latent variables, the intercorrelation between other latent variables can be explained.

According to Table 2, the value of each root of each AVE is higher than the value of inter-correlation between latent variables. The value of each root of each AVE is always higher than the value of inter-correlation between latent variables. The table showed that the output cross-loading of the relationship between the indicators and the latent variables in the constructed model had higher value than on the indicators with other latent variables.

For example, the relationship between X13 and entrepreneurship (Figure 2) shows a higher number (0.678) than X13 to other latent variables; as farm performance (0.300), management capacity (0.360) and Process of technique and biology (0.241).

Realibility test

Based on the evaluation of each parameter for each validity test, it can be shown that all parameters can meet convergent validity test and discriminant validity test. This means that the production indicator is almost perfect for explaining farm management. This means that if there is an increase in farm performance, it automatically reflects an increase in production.

Based on the above result, it was highly evident that entrepreneurship fulfills a requirement as a new factor of production. On the other hand, based on the result of research conducted on Malang Regency, entrepreneurship can represent one of the production factors. Based on Figure 2 and Table 6, the indicators that have an important contribution as a reflector of entrepreneurship are risk-taking (X13), creativity (X14), innovation (X15), orientation towards the future (X16) and leadership (X19).

This is in contrast to the results in Table 5, where the direct effect of entrepreneurship strongly affects farm management as well as production. It means that if there is an increase in entrepreneurial ability, it will affect the increase in production. On the other hand, entrepreneurship can be presented as the new factor of production alongside land, labor, capital and management.

The research provides important findings on the improvement of the classical economic theory of the factor of production.

THE INFLUENCE OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT ON INCOME AND THE RISK OF INCOME IN THE BROILER CHICKEN FARMING

This means that if the cage area is expanded by 10%, the income of the broiler business will increase by 3.72%. This means that if the company's broiler management improves by 10%, the income of the broiler business will increase by 4.32%. The broiler business volume dummy variable reflected a measure of business volume or total production of the broiler business.

It means that if the price of seed increases by 10%, the income risk of the broiler sector increases by 13.89%. The price of broiler feed had a significant influence on the income risk of the broiler farm, with a regression coefficient of 2.366. The surface area of the cage showed a significant negative effect on the income risk of broiler farms with a regression coefficient of -3.334.

Broiler business management has a significant negative effect on broiler business income risk with a regression coefficient of -2.572. The size of the holding showed a negative influence on the income risk of broilers with a regression coefficient of -0.266 (α=0.10). Suwarta, Irham dan Hartono (2012) finds that the economic scale of broiler business is closely related to income risk.

The income of broiler business is negatively affected by the price of seed and the price of feed.

ESTABLISH THE PERCEPTION OF AGRICULTURAL EXTENSION WORKERS THROUGH CYBER EXTENSION AS THE MEDIA

INFORMATION

Cyber extension also aims to implement information and communication technology in the agricultural extension communication system. This research aims to study the characteristics of the extension worker and his perception in using the cyber extension to support his task. Cyber extension is one of the extension media that can be used to assist extension workers in developing extension materials.

Currently, the use of the cyber extension can be accessed through the Information System Application of Information (Simluh) and Farmers Information System and Farmer Group (Simpoktan) (Figure 1) (Kementerian Pertanian, 2018). In this study, extension workers' perceptions of cyber extension were analyzed through six variables, including perceived benefit, complexity, convenience, ease, conformity, and perceived profit (Figure 2). This means that the extension workers do not provide a significant response to the perceived cyber extension.

This means that consultants already recognize the Internet or the use of ICT. A positive perception of the cyber extension will change the view of the way information is obtained. In general, this means that the counselors have recognized the Internet or the use of ICT.

This means that the information officers do not show a significant response with regard to the perception of cyber information.

THE SUSTAINABILITY LEVEL OF THE RICE FARMING IN

THE PEATLAND AT THE KAPUAS REGENCY, CENTRAL KALIMANTAN

Peatland management should regulate soil characteristics and pay attention to an eco-region. In the long term, the use of the system can strengthen the implementation of sustainable management of agricultural systems et al., 1999). Based on the background and descriptions above, the purpose of this study is to analyze the level of sustainability and the level of family income of farmers in rice cultivation in peatland, in Terusan Karya village, Bataguh district, Kapuas Regency.

The research area was determined purposefully taking into account the nature and character of the area. The selected respondents are expected to represent the nature of the population of farmers managing peatland farming activities. Meanwhile, secondary data was collected from various offices or related institutions with relevant supporting data.

To carry out the first research objective, the sustainability level of on-site rice cultivation research was analyzed with the indicators of farmers' sustainability assessment using the Likert scale system. An agricultural sustainability indicator is a tool that includes biophysics and socio-economic aspects. Household farm income came from rice cultivation, crops, vegetables, fruit plants, and livestock production, as shown in Table 3.

The sustainability level of peatland rice farming in Terusan Karya Village, Batagus District, Kapuas Regency is categorized as well or very sustainable.

THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT OF ECOTOURISM AND TOWN TOURISM IN INDONESIA: A POLICY REVIEW. The discipline and standards of service are also part of the efforts to protect ecosystems in the service of ecotourism (Coles, 2006). The concept and implementation of ecotourism cannot be separated from the development of the protected area.

The structure and function of the national park show its ability to support the development of ecotourism. National parks also contribute to initiating, monitoring or facilitating the development of ecotourism in the villages around the national park area. The identification of local and community participation is the main activity of local planning.

The role and participation of local people is the primary goal in the economic development of ecotourism services. The higher the role, the more they receive local incentives in environmental conservation. 48 Nugroho, Negara and Yuniar, The planning and development of ecotourism. . forestry), home industry or other supporting sectors in the village, becomes a value addition to tourism.

The management of tourism service industries is directly under the authority of the Ministry of Forestry and the Ministry of Tourism.

INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT BASED ON THE LOCAL WISDOM IN INDONESIA

The local name of Subak irrigation is still working well with several improvements. During the cultivation system (Dutch: cultureustelsel) under Dutch colonization in the mid-19th century, a large number of irrigation infrastructures were built. The rapid development of irrigation took place in the early twentieth century following the introduction of an ethical policy by the colonial government.

It is managed by the P3A and the P3A Association (secondary plot), which should replace the government tasks in the field of operation and maintenance of the irrigation network. In Central Java, the establishment of the P3A Association is based on a hydrological unit (secondary channel). The developed program is more centrally oriented and only intended to cover the costs of operating and maintaining irrigation networks.

The historical record of the use of irrigation water for agricultural production is found in ancient inscriptions and writings. Due to the construction of a dam (dawuhan), the land owned by the Patih Atuha (the patih kingdom of Mataram in East Java named Dapu Bhi) covering 1 (one) flood zone has turned into a small reservoir. This example occurs in the course of the Logawa River (Banyumas), Elo (Magelang) and Pabelan (Magelang).

The government has established new irrigation management policies that prioritize the interests of the farming community.
