Judul : Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Motivasi

Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Dampaknya Terhadap Loyalitas Kerja Karyawan Portal viva.co.id

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan : 1) Mengetahui Pengaruh langsung lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Portal Viva.co.id. ; 2) Mengetahui Pengaruh langsung lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan Portal Viva.co.id.;

dan 3) Mengetahui Pengaruh tidak langsung lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap loyalitas kerja melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan Portal Viva.co.id.

Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan viva.co.id yang berjumlah 132 orang.

Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung dari lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan ; terdapat pengaruh langsung dari kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan ; terdapat pengaruh langsung dari motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan ; tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung dari lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan ; tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung dari kompensasi terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan ; terdapat pengaruh langsung dari motivasi terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan ; terdapat pengaruh langsung dari kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan ; terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung dari lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas kerja melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan ; terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung dari kompensasi terhadap loyalitas kerja melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan ; serta terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung dari motivasi terhadap loyalitas kerja melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan Portal Viva.co.id.

Title : The Effect of Work Environment, Compensation, and Motivation on Job Satisfaction and Its Impact on Employee Loyalty Portal viva.co.id

The purpose of this study has the objectives: 1) Knowing the direct influence of the work environment, compensation and motivation on job satisfaction of employees of Portal Viva.co.id. ; 2) Knowing the direct influence of the work environment, compensation and motivation on the work loyalty of employees of Portal Viva.co.id; and 3) Knowing the indirect influence of work environment, compensation and motivation on job loyalty through job satisfaction of Portal Viva.co.id employees.

. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) using SmartPLS software. Respondents in this study were 132 viva.co.id employees.

Based on the results of hypothesis testing, there is no direct influence of the work environment on employee job satisfaction ; There is a direct effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction; There is a direct effect of motivation on employee job satisfaction ; There is no direct influence from the work environment on employee work loyalty ; There is no direct effect of compensation on employee work loyalty ; There is a direct effect of motivation on employee work loyalty ; There is an indirect influence of the work environment on work loyalty through employee job satisfaction ; There is an indirect effect of compensation on work loyalty through employee job satisfaction and There is an indirect effect of motivation on work loyalty through job satisfaction employees of Portal Viva.co.id.
