This study aims to determine how much influence the management control system has on the performance of company employees, both in terms of human resources which will affect the production results in the company. This study uses the types quantitative and qualitative data sources and types. The population in this study were all employees at PT SPM, totaling 153 employees in the administration department, while the research sample was 60 employees. The data analysis of this research is to use correlation analysis and the coefficient of determination of simple linear regression analysis partial test analysis ot t test. Simple linear regression test states that there is a positive relationship between management control systems (X) and employee performance (Y). While the results of the t test state that the value of t is greater than t table with a significant smaller than 0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that the management control system service variable (X) affects employee performance (Y) with the percentage of the contribution of the independent variable ( management control system) of 78.9%
