The purpose of this study was to know about figurative language in the song lyrics of Maher Zain. This research used a qualitative content analysis where the researcher tried to find out the type of imagery in the song lyrics use by Maher Zain. Figurative language is often used by poets in each stanza and songwriters in the lyrics of the song.
One of the examples in song lyrics that use figurative language is maher zain song lyrics. Based on the description that was said above, then this research will describe "Analysis of Figurative Language in Maher Zain's Song Lyrics". In this research, the researcher focuses on an analysis of figurative language in the lyrics of the song, Insha Allah, hold my hand and for the rest of my life by Maher Zain.
