One of the innovations of the English learning model adopted at MTs Annuriyyah is the Inside Outside Circle learning model which plays an important role in improving the quality of English learning as this model applies steps to make students more active in speaking. How is the planning of learning English through the inside outside circle learning model to improve speaking skills in Junior High School in academic year 2022/2023. REVIEW OF LITERATURE

Theoretical Framework

In this theoretical framework, the researcher discusses the theory used in the research broadly and in depth, to deepen the researcher's insights in studying the problems to be solved in accordance with the research focus and research objectives.10 Some of the theories that the researcher will discuss learning English, the Inside Outside Circle learning model and speaking skills. Another perspective explains that the purpose of the outer circle learning model is to train students to learn to learn and speak independently, to convey information to others, and to practice discipline and order.21. Based on various perspectives of the goals of the inner-outer circle above, the researcher can conclude that the goal of implementing the inner-outer circle is to train students to be active, improve communication skills , develop social interaction and develop social skills. Based on the advantages and disadvantages of the inner-outer circle learning model, the authors can conclude that using the inner-outer circle learning model requires educators to focus and be serious in managing classes on ' a more planned and organized way, so that the implementation of this learning model can run smoothly. Pronunciation is the production and perception of the meaningful sounds of a particular language to obtain meaning in the context of language use.

RESEARCH METHODS

Research Location

Locations for research had to be determined and determined to find data consistent with the focus of the problem. It is clear that the research location was determined because there were gaps or uniqueness in terms of the activities carried out at that location which was then determined as a place to look for various data to support research. In this case, the researcher conducted research at MTs Annuriyyah for the reason that the researcher got information from one of the students attending the school that the English teacher as teaching is fun.

During the lesson, the English teacher invited the students to the outer and inner circles. And when the researcher interviewed the English teacher at MTs Annuriyyah, it turned out to be true that the outer and inner circle that the students thought was the learning model of the inner outer circle. Therefore, the researcher conducted a school-based survey to scientifically study the planning, implementation and evaluation of English learning through the outer circle learning model.

Research Subject

The researcher then simplified the summary results to proceed to the data presentation stage. By presenting the data, in this case the researcher organized the data obtained, if the data is consistent with the focus of the research, the researcher combined the data into the planning, implementation and evaluation of English teaching through the learning model within the outer circle . . The results of the researcher's interview with Ms. Dwi regarding the selection of learning resources and learning media are as follows.

The researcher's findings through observation, interviews, and documentation explained that Ms. Dwi used the inner circle learning model. One learning model that can be used in English subjects is the inner-outer circle model.

The teacher pays attention to several things before planning, as the results of the researcher's interview with Mrs. The statements about the results of these interviews were confirmed by the researcher's observations at two meetings, namely 1/5/2023 and 8/5/2023, regarding the use of the Inside Outside Circle learning model to describe people's material. The results of the interviews were supported by the results of the researcher's observations that in the process of learning English using the learning model within the outer circle, the researcher estimated that the students showed an active speaking attitude in the process of exchanging information in pairs between small circles and large circles, it was evident that students express opinions and information related to the acquired material. The teacher must choose a teaching model that can promote the activity of the students in the teaching process and learning activities, in order to increase the students' concentration and understanding of the subject.
