English film is one of the media that can be used in language learning.10 Learning media is one of the important factors instead of goal materials, methods and evaluation in the learning process.

Then the researcher gave a post test to the students for speaking conversation based on film. From the results of the students' score of post-test II, it could be concluded that there was an increase in score.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

According to Evelyn, an independent variable is one that the researcher suspects is related to or enhancing the dependent variable. In a sense, the dependent variable "depends" on the independent variable.25 Independent variable in this study uses English film with subtitles.

Operational definition is the definition that is based on characteristics of the thing that will be defined and it can be observed or measured. Meanwhile, a variable can be defined as a property of a person or object that "varies" from person to person or from object to object.

In this step the researcher observed the teaching learning process using the observation format as well as the observation outlines in this step such a student able to perform the task and the student understood the material.

In this step, the writer compared the distribution of pre-test and post-test scores, the writer examined and reflected on the attitude of the students whether it was positive or negative, enough in the second cycle or need for the next cycle.

While the post-test will be given in the last post-treatment session to see if the statement contributes in any way to the students' skills in the pre-test. Observation is the most commonly used method, especially in studies related to the behavioral sciences.31 Observation is evaluation by direct, precise and systematic observation of objects. It can refer to the teaching situation and the learning process. The writer observes one of the classes of eleventh graders at SMAN 2 Way Serdang.

The writer uses observation to collect data because by directly observing the activities in the classroom, the writer can get not only the information about the students; pronunciation but also the learning process. The researcher uses this method to get the data about the school history, profile, total students and teachers of SMA N 2 Way Serdang in the academic year 2017/2018.

To transform the scores in the table above, as scores in the range of 1-100, the author used the following formula. This tool is used to identify students' mistakes in pronouncing English word on vowels and to observe the sources that influence students to make mistakes in pronouncing English word on vowels.

Data Analysis Method

After collecting the data from testing, observation and documentation, the writer analyzed the data based on the limitation of the problems and the objectives of the study. Display the result of the test in tabular form, find the mean of the pre-test and post-test. Data analysis will be performed by taking the average score of the pre-test and post-test.

In order to know the gain, the author would also compare between pretest and posttest.

Indicator of Succes

Based on the result above, the researcher indicated that the learning process in cycle II was successful because the students' activity percentage got ≥ 70%. Based on the result above, it can be concluded that the use of English movie with subtitles can improve the students'. This table was to describe the comparison of the students' activities in cycle I and cycle II.

From the result of the students' scores in the pre-test and post-test I, there was an improvement in relation to the students' result scores. Based on the result of pre-test, post-test I and post-test II, it was known that there was a positive significant improvement in the students' scores. To improve the students' pronunciation, the researcher used English movies with subtitles to train the students more actively.

Therefore, it was the reason why the researcher used the movie in English with subtitles to improve the students. Based on the result of the pre-test score, the researcher has identified and found the problems after receiving the pre-test score of the students. At the end of the meeting, the researcher gave comments to the students about the learning process.

The researcher was motivated and informed the students about the activities in the next meeting. However, the result of the majority of students had improved even though the state of the learning process was quite uncontrolled. It was aimed to know the pronunciation mastery of the students before and after the treatment.

After the students completed the test, the researcher analyzed the recording of students' oral test.

After analyzing the results of the students in the post-test of cycle I, the researcher had to conduct the next cycle because only 9 students (32.14%) passed the test and scored ≥ 70. In addition, the researcher analyzed the result of the post-test II and concluded, that 23 students (82.14%) passed the test successfully because they achieved a grade ≥ 70. In posttest I, the mean was 63, and in posttest II, the mean was 70. Therefore, the researcher concluded that the research was successful because the success indicator in this research was achieved. This is supported by the increasing score of students from pre-test to post-test I and from post-test I to post-test II. The result of the learning activities of students in I. and II. cycle Data on the students' learning activities were obtained from the entire learning activities of the students on the observation sheet.

The students' attention to the teacher's explanation from the first meeting to the next meeting had increased.

CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION

Based on the explanation of cycle I and cycle II, it can be deduced that the use of English movie with subtitles can improve the students'. There was an average progress score from pre-test was 50, post-test I was 63 and became 70 in post-test II. We could see that there was an improvement on the average score and total of the students who passed the test of pre-test, post-test I and post-test II.

To improve students' pronunciation, the researcher used an English movie with subtitles to train students' pronunciation based on native speakers and active speakers who are also interested in learning speaking and listening. The students' score improved because the students practiced the pronunciation related to the English movie with subtitles. English movie with subtitles watching the movie comes with subtitles to make it easier for students to pronounce English according to a native speaker.

Suggestion

Siswa secara mandiri mencari dan menanggapi tambahan pengetahuan tentang tujuan, ungkapan dan unsur kebahasaan yang digunakan dalam ungkapan memberi dan menawarkan. Menyusun teks lisan dan tulis untuk mengungkapkan dan menanggapi ungkapan pendapat dan pikiran, dengan memperhatikan fungsi sosial, struktur teks, dan unsur kebahasaan, secara benar dan sesuai konteks. 3 x 2 JP  Berbagai undangan dalam bahasa Inggris. http://americanenglish.state.gov/files/ae/resource_files. http://learnenglish.britishcouncil.org/en/. memperhatikan fungsi sosial, struktur teks, dan unsur kebahasaan yang benar dan sesuai konteks.
