Reproductive health problems of adolescents in Indonesia remains a health problem with a high prevalence. They are sex before marriage, unwanted pregnancy, abortion, consume drugs, HIV/AIDS. One of the causes of the high reproductive health problems is less knowledge about reproductive health include in the teen age. This study aims to measure the effectiveness of increased knowledge about reproductive health using video media and game snake ladders on grade XI high school 1 Dampit. This research uses the pre-experimental design with two group post test only. The sample used in this study totaling 120 respondents consisting of 5 cluster using proportional random sampling. Students devided of videos group and snak ladders group then give them reproductive health knowledge in 45 minutes using that media. After that, measure their knowledge level using questionnaire. Then count the results with U Mann Whitney test. U Mann Whitney test results showed that the mean rank score video media 66,93 and on media snake game ladder 54,08. Conclusion of this research is the improvement of knowledge of reproductive health in adolescents using video more effectively improve the knowledge than to use snake ladders game because students not only understand the lesson from listen what teachers speak but also from pictures was on video. So it can make students more creative and motivated them. Hopefull teacher and medic can give information about reproductive health using video so the students more understand about it. Beside that, this study can be a reference to next study so reproductive health knowledge give optimally with fix the snake ladders media before.
