Dieser Antrag wurde angenommen
Wm. Hohlt suchte $200. von den Verein zu borgen. Da
die Trustees berichteten das sie sehr wenig Baargeld an
hand hatten wurde dieser gesuch abgelehnt.
Hierauf folgte die Wahl Für Präs. Harry Stickan bekam
15 stimmen, Otto Off. 1. Albert Kempe 0.
Vice Pras. Henry Baumer 10. Oskar Freund 5 Harry
Hohlt. 0. Für die andere Ämte wurde nur ein für
jedes Amt nomminiert so wurden sie einstimmig durch
antrag erwählt. Prot. Sect Fred Rosebrock, Finance Sect Frank
Freund, Schatzmeister Wm Hohlt., Trustee, Henry Weber. Bücher
untersuchungcommitte wurd ernannt Chr. Rosenbaum, Wm.
Winkelmeyer, Henry Pieper. Hierauf vertagung Fred. H. Rosebrock.

65th year, 6th, regular business meeting. The meeting was called to order by vice president Harry Stichan. Last meeting’s minutes were approved as read.
The following members were reported ill: Chr. Haeberly, four weeks, $16 00.

The motion was made and seconded to send Harry Bohne a registered letter to notify him that if he does not pay his outstanding member’s dues he will be excluded from the society. This motion was approved.
Wm. Hohlt requested a loan of $200 00. Because the trustees reported that they have very little ready cash the request was denied.
Next on the agenda was the election:
President: Harry Stickan received 15 votes, Otto Off 1 and Albert Kempe 0.
Vice president: Henry Baumer received 10 votes, Oskar Freund 5 and Harry Hohlt 0.
For the other positions, only one candidate was nominated so they were elected by
acclamation unanimously: meeting secretary, Fred H. Rosebrock; secretary of finances, Frank Freund; treasurer, Wm. Hohlt and trustee, Henry Weber.
Chr. Rosenbaum, Wm. Winkelmeyer and Henry Pieper were appointed auditors.
At this point the meeting was adjourned.
