Fifty eighth year, first regular business meeting. The meeting was called to order by the president, last meeting’s minutes were read and approved.
The following members were reported ill: Otto Off, three weeks; Albert Minger, five weeks.
The park committee reported we can have our picnic on July 24 in Columbia park. The following working committees were appointed for the picnic: Wm. C. Meyer and Luis Lösche were elected for chairmen. John Brester, Fred Pattman, John Grande, Wm Buscher, Ernst Schulz, Chas.
Schaffäuser, Harry Stickan and Harry Westerfield will work at the first bar; Fred Meyer, Jr., Ernest Hohlt, Frank Brehob, Henry Pieper, Aug. Wingmann, Karl Hohn, Wm. Summeier and Fred Koch will work at the second bar; Harry Wallmann, Ed. Baumer, Gus Maschmeyer, Jr. and F. Langhorst will oversee the dance floor; Wm. Maschmeyer, Jr., Harry Hohlt, Henry Weber, Henry Baumer will be in charge of the bowling alley; Henry Schlensker, Wm Schroeder, Dick Rosebrock, Aug. Rieman and Harry Wallmann will make lemonade.
At this point the meeting was adjourned.
