Wm Wallmann wurde 1 Woche krank gemeldet. Es wurde beschlossen das Fritz Niemann yedes Monat ein Atest von Docktor senden soll. Auch wurde beschlossen unsern Privat Picknick abhalten am 1 Donnerstag in August.
Der Kanedat Fritz Hoeltke wurde Einstimming in der Verein
Aufgenommen. Den Aufsatz wegen
der Leichenanrede wünscht das Committee noch mit einander zu überlegen
weil sonst keine wichtige Geschäfte forkamen folgte Vertagung.

Forty ninth year, first regular business meeting. The meeting was called to order by the president, last meeting’s minutes were read and approved.
New business:
The illness committee reported the following members sick: Wm. Wallmann, one week. It was decided that Fritz Niemann should send in a doctor’s proof of illness each month. We decided to have our private picnic on the first Thursday in August. The candidate Fritz Hoeltke was accepted unanimously as a new member of the society. The committee working on a eulogy wishes to discuss it some more.
As there were no more relevant matters to discuss the meeting was adjourned this point.
