Da Herman Rosebrock nach Ripley County ver=
zogen ist wurde Carl Brehob in seinen Platz
als Trustee erwählt. Es wurde der Antrag gestellt
und angenommen Herman Rosebrock als Mitglied
beizubehalten.
Es wurde ein Brief vorgelesen das Walter
Stumph seine Tax nicht bezahlt hat und das
der Platz fur Taxes verkauft ist. Diese Angelegen=
heit wurde den Trustees übergeben in ordnung
zu bringen. Da die Trustees nicht genug
Geld an hand haben wurden ihnen das recht
gegeben die Liberty Bonds zu Verkaufen.
Die Convention angelegenheit wurde
weiter auf den Tisch gelegt.
Der Antrag wurde gestellt und ange=
nommen auf vertagung.

Sixty fourth year, 11th regular business meeting. The meeting was called to order by the president. Last meeting’s minutes were approved as read.
The following members were reported ill: Aug. Maschmeyer, two weeks, $8 00; Chr. Haeberly, two weeks, $8 00.

Since Herman Rosebrock moved to Ripley county Carl Brehob was elected to replace him as a trustee. The motion was made and approved to keep Herman Rosebrock as a member. A letter was read that Walter Stumph has not paid his tax and that the place was sold to pay the taxes.
This issue was submitted to the trustees to remedy. As the trustees do not have enough money on hand they were allowed to sell the Liberty Bonds.
The convention issue was tabled again.
The motion was made and accepted to adjourn the meeting.
