1.1 BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The executive meeting had decided to buy ten new
spray guns to replace the old spray guns. This is
because to shorten the time of work. So, the Senior
mechanic is instructed by the management to prepare
three brands with at least nine specifications. Then
submit and present the specifications that are
preferred by the company. The process of purchasing
involves searching for pieces of information, finding
quotations, and proposing the best spray gun.
1.2 PURPOSE OF REPORT
The purpose of this report is to select the
supplier of that spray gun that best fits the
company’s needs. The selection is
madebased on these criteria; nozzle size,
price, gun type, capacity speed, colour,
weight, material, delivery, shipping method
location and warranty.

It was found that the gun type for the three brands for the spray gun..my/
2.2 NOZZLE SIZE
It was discovered that the Luma brand nozzle size is 1.8mm, the Hakone brand at 1.3mm andthe Kinki brand at 1.5mm.
2.3 PRICE
It was found that the price for the Luma brand is RM3423.88, the Hakone brand is RM129.90and the Kinki brand at RM169.90.

It was discovered that the Gun type for all the Luma and Hakone is LVLP, and the Kinki brandis HVLP.
2.5 CAPACITY PRESSURE
It was found that the price for It was discovered that the capacity pressure for the Luma brand is 900cc, the Hakone brand is600cc and 1000cc

It was found that the colour for the Luma brand is blue, black, and silver, the Hakone brand isblue, black, and silver, and the Kinki is silver.

It was found that the weight for the Luma brand is 364 g, the Hakone is 378 g, and the Kinki is 397 g.

The survey shows that the material for the Luma brand is plastic and stainless steel, the Hakone and Kinki are full alloy material.

It is concluded that that the

It appears that the best and most famous brand name among the three brands is Luma.
3.2 SPRAY TYPE
It can be concluded that the Luma brand is the best type because it’s LVLP which is the upper tank compared to the Kinki brand which has a tank at the bottom which causes waste.
3.3 PRICE
It can be said that the worth price among the three brands of spray gun is RM3423.00 becauseit's worth it for the good quality.
3.4 NOZZLE SIZE
It is concluded that the best nozzle size is Luma because it is 1.8mm which produces the bestspray process.
3.5 CAPACITY PRESSURE
It appears that the best quality spray gun is the Luma brand, which is 900cc, this pressure isvery balanced for all types of paint to be sprayed to avoid melting.
3.6 COLOUR
It can be said that the Luma brand has a variety of colours blue, black, and silver which is thecolor that describes its best quality.
3.7 WEIGHT
It is concluded from the table above we can know that Kinki brand has the highest weight which is 397 g which causes the hands to be tired, therefore Luma is the best because itweighs only 364 g.
3.8 MATERIAL
The result of the survey indicated that Luma brand uses materials from plastic and stainless steel to reduce damage, compared to Hakone and Kinki brands that use full alloy that is easily damaged.
3.9 DELIVERY
From the data gathered, the best shipping method is the Hakone and Kinki brand which is theNext day delivery. While the worst shipping method is Luma which is International.
3.10 SHIPPING METHOD
It appears that the most efficient shipping method forspray gun is the Hakone and Kinki brand, which is Local delivery. While the least efficient shipping method is the Luma Brandwhich is eBay.

The result of the survey indicated that the nearest location is the Hakone in Selangor andKinki in Kuala Lumpur. While the Far is the Luma brand in United States.

It appears that the longest warranty is the Luma brand at ten years. On the other hand, the shortest warranty is the Hakone and Kinki brand at 6 months.

It is suggested to buy the

It is advisable that we buy the Hakone brand because it is a good spray type which is LVLPtype.

It is proposed that we buy the Hakone brand because the pressure is the best among the threebrands, which is 600cc.

It is recommended that we buy the Hakone brand because it has the variety of colour which isthe silver, black, and blue colour.

It is recommended that we buy the Hakone brand because the weight is good at 378g.
