ANNOUNCEMENT

THE PAYMENT OF TUITION FEE FOR SEMESTER II 2019/2020

No. 1288/Il.B02/LL/2019 FOR ITB STUDENTS

INT AKE YEAR 2019 AND PRIOR

Tuition fee payment for Undergraduate, Post Graduate and Doctoral for Semester I 2019/2020 must be made before January 3rd, 2020. If the tuition fee for Semester I 2019/2020 remains unpaid after the date, students will not be able to do the online registration for Semester II 2019/2020.

Tuition fee payment for Semester II 2019/2020 must be made before January 9¹^\ 2020. If the tuition fee for Semester II 2019/2020 remains unpaid after the date, students will not be able to print Student Registration Card.

Payment can be made at Bank Teller, A TM and Internet Banking.

11.B. SBM Tariffs:

SBM students must follow tariffs announced by SBM Office.

III. GENERAL GUIDELINES

1. Deferment of tuition fee payment for Undergraduate Program students must be approved by Head of Lembaga Kemahasiswaan (LK) and submitted before January 9¹^\ 2020 (office hours).

Deferment of tuition fee payment for Graduate Program students must be approved by Dean of Sekolah Pascasarjana and submitted before January 9¹^\ 2020 (office hours).

2. Students who have finished their Final Project/Thesis/Dissertation on January l 3'ct, 2020 and are waiting only for Council statement of their study completion will only be charged for Rp. 250.000,- (two hundred and fifty thousand rupiahs) registration fee and must submit proof of completion letter of studies to financial administration office.

3. Undergraduate students who are finishing their Final Project and take 0 credit only have to pay 25% of the tariff.

4. Master and Doctoral students who are finishing tHeir Tht:sis/Dissertation and take 0 credit only have to pay 50% of the tariff.
