This type of study is usually done without regard to the world of reference of any user of the forms. Second, he sees semantics as the study of the relationship between linguistic forms and entities in the world—how words literally relate to things. For example, two friends, Maggie and James, have a conversation that may imply some things and infer some other things without providing any clear linguistic evidence of the "meaning" of what was communicated.

The functions of the speech act itself are to state the speaker's intention to the hearer. Bonvillain also adds that the above factors are very important because a speaker must make requests, so he or she will have a positive result, namely compliance; but due to the fact that there is sometimes a social relationship between the speaker and. By using either expression, the speaker is assumed to be committed to the existence of the entities mentioned.

In this thesis, the truth of presuppositions is based on the explanation of Yule (1996). The premise of a simple sentence will hold true when that simple sentence becomes part of a more complex sentence. This is one version of the general idea that the meaning of the whole sentence is a combination of the meaning of its parts. If we combine two of the utterances, we get the order: “George regrets getting Mary pregnant; but he did not impregnate her."

In assumption analysis, the truth of the data analysis process is based on the truth of the assumption itself. According to Yul (1996), truth assumptions can be viewed in terms of types of assumptions. The main objective of this interview is to find out the strengths and weaknesses of the employees.

Conceptual Framework

The premise of this statement: There is a spirit of one nation of the Indonesians before independence.). The premise of this statement: the lingua franca of the archipelago is adopted as the national language.). The premise of this statement: there are populations of the groups that participate in democracy.).

Presupposition of the statement: they (Vietnam and China) have economies that are well developed). It can be seen from the existence of the definite article of the noun phrase challenge. The presupposition of this statement: Indonesia has diversity that exists in it.). from the statement of data 29 above, Anies Baswedan presupposes the existence of communal conflict.

We need these hard science departments to grow and get more students producing more engineers (data 43). the above statement indicates an assumption made by speaker Anies Baswedan, which is an actual assumption. We do not have enough scientists who know how to transform this experience into a modern and universally understandable language (data 45). the statement of data 45 above indicates the assumption of the speaker, i.e. the factual assumption. But the foundations of this democracy were built long before '98. there were the foundations of democracy.

It was the lingua franca of the archipelago, which was adopted as the national language. the lingua franca of the archipelago is adopted as the national language 7. Indonesia decided to abolish the aristocracy system that was there. I think this is where one of the strengths of many universities was actually there.. the universities have the strengths. The challenge is that we don't have enough scholars to actually undergo research.. the challenge is that we don't have enough scholars 31 I really enjoyed being at Factive I am at Stanford.

The educated of Indonesia will never play the role that plays without the higher education we get. the educated of Indonesia never play the role in the country without higher education 40. I think the business sectors and the government should pay attention to that aspect. the business sectors and government of Indonesia did not pay attention to that aspect or education and the cost of education.

METHOD OF RESEARCH

Research Design

Source of the Data

Technique of Data Collection

This method was used because the source of data in this research was a written source. Ralf in Flick (2014) "the documentary method is a kind of data collection technique by categorizing and classifying the written document related to the problem at hand, whether from a document or a book, newspaper, magazine, comic book, novel, etc." Finding the assumption of words spoken by Anies Baswedan as the interviewee and Donald Emmerson as the interviewer.

Technique of Data Analysis

The premise of this statement: the fact is that the majority understood that the language of the minority became a lingua franca.). This is evident from the existence of the definite article of the noun phrase question. The speaker's statement is said to be committed to the existence of a particular noun phrase, the state of Pancasila as a trigger of this type.

This can be seen from the existence of the definite article of the noun phrase the remains of player. This can be seen from the existence of the definite article of the noun phrase the challenge. This can be seen from the existence of the definite article of the noun phrase the problem.

Statement premise: There is a cost problem in Indonesia that is very expensive, especially higher education.). This is evident from the existence of the definite article of the noun phrase business sectors and government. Assumption of the statement: The business sectors and the government of Indonesia must follow the example of the quality of education.).

The presupposition of the statement: education is not helping because its cost has too much horizon.).

RESEARCH RESULT AND DISCUSSION

Description of Data

The research data was the statement of the premise in the interview with Anies Baswedan at the Stanford Humanity Center. It was found that there were 58 sentences containing presuppositions, they were existential presuppositions, factual presuppositions, lexical presuppositions, structural presuppositions, non-factual presuppositions and counterfactual presuppositions. If your background is a businessman or lawyer, you will not be seen as you must maintain neutrality.

Discussion

  • Existensial Presupposition
  • Factive Presupposition
  • Lexical Presupposition
  • Structural Presupposition
  • Non-Factive Presupposition
  • Counterfactual Presupposition

From the above statement, we can deduce the existence of a particular noun phrase in a university and higher education. The premise of this statement: there is a university and higher education that the speaker (Anies Baswedan) now manages). From the above statement, we can see the existence of a particular noun phrase, the value of Islam.

From the statement above we can see the existence of a definite noun phrase society. The presupposition of this statement: there is a communal conflicts that are very down in Indonesia.).

Research Findings

The spirit of being one nation in this archipelago was adopted 17 years before independence. there is a spirit of being a nation of the Indonesian. Because the language that was chosen is the common language. there is a common language that has chosen as the national language 6. 11 The questions are like them. society in Indonesia reflects the symbols. There are symbols of Islam that are reflected by the majority of Indonesian.

We are in the transitional Existential Presupposition. there is a transition from Indonesian. the populations of these groups participated in the democratic process. populations of the groups participated in democracy. Democracy is the only game in town, they play the game. ideology) which is the only promised in Indonesia is democracy. But in the policy area, if you make a mistake, it costs you, your politics, it costs your future.. we are in the policy area.

At the beginning of the republic, when we were debating whether this is an Islamic state or a secular state. Indonesia's middle class today was formed from Indonesia's lower class in the past. 51 I think that nowadays the lexical intellectuals of. Indonesian intellectuals no longer had to face the choice of being in or out of the system.

The problem today is that the cost of education, and especially higher education, is booming, and that has put us in situations where education has helped shape the future of the middle class.

CONCLUSIONS AND SUGGESTIONS

Suggestions

Indonesia decided to abolish the aristocracy system that was there 8. and created a very egalitarian basis that five decades later. But also the fact that the majority understood that the language of the minority has become a lingua franca. it is the fact that the majority understood that the language of the minority has. linguafranca 10 This is where I am now. higher education, which the lecturer - Anies Baswedan - now manages. I think the challenge for an initiate is how can we continue, that's where the international community comes in here.

22 . especially higher education has increased horizon a lot .. cost in Indonesia which is very expensive, . especially higher education. I think that is the other reason why our interest in democracy is now consolidating .. we are consolidating our interest in democracy.). Surveys have shown that a percentage of society is small, 5-8% still question where democracy is.

Indonesia is very unique because of its diversity. transformations and the fact that it was one nation-state had a great diversity of people. I think these are the other reasons why our democracy is now consolidating. our democracy is now consolidating.
