PANDUAN PENGIRIMAN NASKAH
Penulis terlebih dahulu masuk Web Jurnal dengan alamat:
http://journal.unpas.ac.id/index.php/litigasi kemudian klik Make a Submission dan terlebih dahulu mendaftar sebagai penulis dan / atau ditawarkan sebagai Pengulas dengan mengklik Register. Kemudian Profile Penulis secara detail, setelah terisi lengkap, Penulis klik tombol "Register" untuk melanjutkan pendaftaran. Setelah itu, Penulis masuk pada menu pengajuan penulis online di mana Penulis harus mengklik "Make a New Submission".
Langkah selanjutnya klik/pilih Penyerahan Naskah Baru, pada bagian ini ada 5 (lima) langkah yang harus dijalankan oleh penulis:
Langkah 1 (Start)

Submission Language, diisi dengan English,
-Section, diisi dengan articles,

Submission Requirements :
(isi pernyataan-pernyataan di bawah ini setelah itu checklist pada radio buttons disebelah kiri)
You must read and acknowledge that you've completed the requirements below before proceeding.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is double-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.

Penulis dapat menuliskan pesan kepada editor jurnal dengan mengisi, Comments for the Editor,

Setelah itu klik Save and Continue.
Langkah 2 (Upload Submission)
-Upload Submission File

Upload File,
Article Component, diisi dengan artikel ulasan atau hasil penelitian (Article text / Research Result),
Change file, pilih file yang akan di serahkan, Lalu klik contiune.

Review Detail, lalu klik continue
3.
Confirm, apabila ada file tambahan klik add another file, Lalu klik complete.
Pada Upload Submission klik Save and Continue Langkah 3 (Enter Metadata)

Prefix, dapat diisi atau tidak;

Title, diisi dengan judul artikel yang diajukan baik versi Inggris dan versi Indonesia;

Subtitle, diisi bila ada;

Abstract, masukan abstrak baik versi Inggris dan versi Indonesia;

Lalu klik Save and Continue Langkah 4 (Confirmation)
