Second: Students who are writing a thesis or taking a thesis exam in the 2013/2014 academic year should see the Faculty of Administration's Thesis Writing and Exam Guide.

Science, University of Brawijaya, in the 2013/2014 academic year, while those from previous batches will follow the previous edition of a similar guide. This guide to writing a thesis and examination for Sarjana's diploma serves as the only basis for students and lecturers involved in the process of writing, advising and evaluating students' academic writing in the form of an undergraduate thesis at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Ljubljana Brawijaya. We hope that this guide will serve as a means of standardizing the quality of thesis writing.

Also thanks to the lecturers of the faculty who participated actively during the writing of this guide. Finally, with this guide in hand, it is no longer impossible to achieve an improvement in the quality of the thesis writing and the thesis itself.

Once this has been confirmed, the head of the department or study program proposes a new advisor instead of the current one to the dean, who writes a decree on the replacement of the advisor. PRELIMINARIES

The statements are in the form of short and clear sentences based on the characteristics of the problems and the It describes the theoretical and/or practical significance of the study for the knowledge base. END MATTER

Data can be displayed in the form of texts, tables, figures, graphs or photos, together with their meaning (yet to be discussed). Before displaying the data, descriptions on the search location or any other data supporting the search problems may be presented. Describe how the data are analyzed in such a way within steps or phases, leading to their interpretation according to concepts or theories presented in the literature.

In this section, meaning is given to the data in the sense that the explanation can theoretically be quantitative or qualitative. Please state: full name, date and place of birth, academic background, any work experiences, list of publications (see appendix 39). 4) Declaration letter from the research site or institution.

A long title consists of two lines or more, so we pay attention to the structure of the sentence after division, and the space between two lines is 1 space. d) The subtitle (if any) is written below the title, all capitalized, with Times New Roman 12 pt, 1.5 spaces from the bottom line of the title. e). The center of the logo should be aligned with the center of the author's registration number and the word "UNIVERSITY OF BRAWIJAYA". Year is written at the bottom, approximately 3 cm from the bottom edge of the paper (see Appendix 24). The title of the thesis is placed 4 cm from the top edge of the paper, all capital letters and normal character spacing.

The subtitle is written below the title, 1 cm from the last line of the title, all capitals. The advisors' names are 4 cm from the bottom edge of the paper (see appendix 27).

If the head and members of the examination committee are unable to attend the examination, the examination will be canceled and held at the nearest time. The head of the examination committee invites the examinee to the examination room and officially opens the examination. If the examinee arrives late or does not arrive at all, the exam will be canceled and he/she must re-register for the next exam.

Each examiner, under the guidance of the head of the committee, alternately asks questions or comments to the examinee and has 15 minutes. The head of the examination board signs and sends the official examination report to the head/secretary of the examination board for theses. The head/secretary of the examination committee officially opens the examination in front of all examinees and announces the results after completion.

A testee may or may not pass the thesis exam after the board of examiners discusses the exam result as long as no one on the board gives a score <55 (

Penelusuran ini dilakukan atas dasar banyaknya kritik terhadap Biro-Krat yang kurang profesional dalam pelayanannya kepada masyarakat dan menilai adanya biaya tidak resmi yang tinggi, kepastian waktu yang kurang, banyak tuntutan dan prosedur yang berbelit-belit. Bagaimana profil profesionalisme birokrat pelayanan publik dan faktor apa saja yang menghambat terwujudnya profil profesionalisme birokrat pelayanan publik pada kantor unit pelayanan terpadu.

Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa para birokrat di kantor UPT Kabupaten Malang menunjukkan profil profesionalisme birokrasi sesuai dengan UU No. 43 Tahun 1999. Birokrat mempunyai wawasan yang luas, mampu secara mandiri melaksanakan tugas yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya, dan mempunyai semangat kerja yang tinggi, sehingga mampu menciptakan terobosan-terobosan atau inovasi-inovasi baru bagi kemajuan organisasi, serta netral dalam bertindak. memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kantor UPT dapat dikatakan telah memenuhi kriteria tertentu yaitu adanya unsur kesederhanaan, kejelasan dan kepastian, keamanan, keterbukaan, efisiensi, keadilan ekonomi dan kesetaraan.

Penyelesaian suatu permohonan seringkali tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ditetapkan karena penyelesaian teknisnya ada pada unit teknis yang menanganinya.
